Hello! Still need?

i have been already trying for a few days trying to log in to game but it wont allow me it is stuck at the downloading screen so it says " Installing 0% and stays like that never moves out of spot and it aint internet problems because it always used to run swtor and nor my pc because it only have swtor on it and always used to play swtor with no lagging problems
