  1. I agree. I see some really nice lightsabers on the market, but I can't use them since I'm playing grey. I don't really like the idea of always being goody-goody or pure evil, I choose as I see fit for a given situation, which just happens to keep me in the grey area. I played like this in KotOR too. So, Bioware, where's neutral gear? I certainly wouldn't like to make story choices that contradict what I think just because it's the only way to get any kind of nice gear.
  2. Joined: Dec 2011 You couldn't have entered the code first and then registered to the forums. Thus, you are from December.
  3. That was the plan yesterday, but in today's post they said they decided to send out more batches than they planned (didn't say how many though).
  4. It was amusing on the first day, then I took an arrow in the knee.
  5. No. They confirmed the final wave yesterday about an hour or so after it went live. The day before yesterday they confirmed the final wave instantly. Thus I believe they will tell us in about 15 minutes whether it was the final wave or they will send out another batch.
  6. I know that this could happen, but not to a significant number of people, say, 100.000, otherwise it'd be all over the internet. Everyone heard about the delays, but not THAT long. I'm going to assume you weren't e-mailing them to send the missing code until recently. Oh, and I'm not defending Origin, I know it sucks. It's just that you and your mates are not a significant percentage.
  7. And your data about the number of pre-orders after November comes from...? That sheet everyone's been talking about is US-only and doesn't include digital preorders. There's no definitive proof ATM that an extraordinary numer of people were waiting to input a code they bought much earlier until December.
  8. You mean on Origin? Then I call BS, because there were reports of 3-week delays, not 6-month.
  9. Your math skills amaze me. No, had others put their codes in time, we wouldn't be at november 28 now, because there would be a lot more pre-orders before that date. They're not doing this by arbitrary dates, but by the number of codes. Also, I call BS on the theory that a significant number of players delayed inputting their codes until december. Also, thinking doesn't hurt.
  10. That's your opinion, feel free to share it with us, no need to be baffled by anything. I do think otherwise though.
  11. That, and also - the pre-order deposit was $5. And some retailers - Amazon comes to mind - didn't even charge that as they charge everything in bulk on the 20th.
  12. When did they say that? I saw posts about staggered release on the internet in July and everyone who had a SWTOR account got the pre-order announcement in their e-mail stating the same. How is that vague?
  13. So you won't roll another character ever because there will be fully decked 50s on the server... interesting.
