They are rare and needed due to millions of pre-orders. If anyone remembers the horrid queue times for WoW at launch, you will understand why this is necessary. Trickle people in so you do not have server failures. This also gives them the opportunity to base server populations and the need fo additional servers. "The needs of the many outway the needs for the few, or the 1" In this case they want to have stable servers that you can actually play on. Inoperative servers aren't good for anyone

Bioware and EA don't care what you like, and noone is in the dark. All of what is going on was posted weeks ago. Problem is, reading apparently requires work

Yeah it gives the employees of EA the opportunity to eat lunch... because then its back to listening to adults yell like 5 year olds on the phone on why they cant get into the game

You miss the point good sir....it would require said people to actually read, or do work, like search the forum.

I find it comical that people flame on the forums that they can't get in, and because they pre-ordered the expect to get in 1st thing on the day early access begins. If you read the posts that started several weeks ago, they explained how the pre-launch would work, and that not everyone would get in the 1st day. This is not launch day...launch day is the 20th, this is a privilege for those fans that pre-ordered. If you get in 1 day before official launch, it is still a privilege. Be happy with what you get, or just play on launch like the rest. Sry...hate seeing 400 threads about the same complaints. Can't wait for the opportunity to get in myself
