I would say No in its current state because the game needs changes. Depending how fast the response time for Bioware Developers to fix issues and add new content will be the basis on how well they can retain and gain new subs. But of course, if a company just sits on things and doesn't respond to the cries and complaints of the players, then people will just move toward another game.

Just out of Curiosity, I was wondering if there is a possibility to add Co-Op Space Missions. I feel that bioware put their time into developing Scripted Space Missions into the game as an added mini-game to break away from the normal leveling/grind trend. I was just wondering if there will be ways to play Space Missions with up to 4 party members that work together to complete the Objective?

I believe that it was mentioned that the Hard and Nightmare modes would include more difficult mechanics to make the gameplay different. I was wondering If there is a possibility of Nightmare Mode to include an additional End Game boss for rewarding those who clear the Operation? This would obviously be for those Hardcore Raiders, and it would also include an additional Lore Effect. Also i agree with the the idea of having to clear old content before raiding through new content. If people have to clear Raids in 1.1 before they can do 1.2 and beyond, it Goes smoothly with the Story line, which is what SWTOR is trying to accomplish, a Story Driven game.
