  1. It regularly occurs I get an error message stating: Your current game version does not match the server's, please restart the game. Then something about following help center link below - that I don't see anywhere and for me it seems futile because I am fully updated. And another time I log in I do not get the same error. It is annoying starting over and over though. If I could add a picture here I would but I guess I have to upload that first somewhere else. It probably is clear enough as it is. Cheers
  2. This message is what is presented when I try to buy game time or credits. Please fix. Concerns both the website and ingame purchases.
  3. Yes I do. I can't buy extra time nor can I buy coins. Never mind - old post. Same issue though. Can not find a delete button.
  4. What is bugging me, is that it never happened before yesterday. I wasn't even aware of any lag at all. So I hope it is some server somewhere rerouting signals, that needs to be restarted or anything like that.

  6. I am on Satele Chan but I tried Darth Malgus in Europe too and even the French server although I hardly speak any French. I have huge lag spikes on all servers. I have a giganet connection which works perfectly fine, and live in The Netherlands. The spikes vary from 96 ms to 2234 ms. The game is practically unplayable because of it. Been playing on Satele Chan for months now and this is the first time the lag is so severe. This started yesterday. I think it must be some node somewhere along the way in Europe having trouble but I got no clue how to go about sorting that out. All I can do is wait for it to clear up. Anyone else having this problem?
  7. It is not just my problem, several European players have (maybe had, I don't know) the same issue. There needs to be a structural issue fixed.
  8. I am from The Netherlands and tried three times to buy the Digital Collector's Edition. Got a general error message twice stating no error code as far as I saw and the last error was "An error occurred while processing your request. If you canceled your purchase at the third party payment website, this error is expected. Code: NU2099". (huh? what third party - I am using same cc as always). (Edit: tried 5 times now - no joy) Trying to get a dev's attention since this is a limited sale

  10. I am in after some 15 minutes - did not minimize but tabbed out to look at forum - connection wheel was spinning all the time and suddenly I did get through
