  1. yesterday i bought a 240 coin dye off the Cartel Market for my toon yesterday, put it on, looked great.. then it up and disappeared, no trace what so ever, how do i get a refund or get my dye back...
  2. Yes, i did get that with new a character, thanks, the reason i asked is anytime i go to the store a "digital upgrade pack" is offered for $4.99, thanks for the info..

  6. tried starting "the Hunt" and i get brought to the fleet station and it says "cant start with an active phase" i have nothing active, somethings wrong.. any ideas?
  7. soon after getting HK-55 as a companion I bought him a sniper rifle and placed a 136 crystal in it, I didn't realize you were going to knock him off, but you did for some unknown reason, I would like to be refunded for my 500 coins and 136 crystal I placed on him, Thanks...
  8. ok, so I blow up the shield gen, open up the heroic mode, go and complete the mission (alderaan) come out and the star fortress mission is still there,, is the star fortress supposed to blow up? its still on my to do list, when I beat the boss a door opens up and I leave being chased by a fue fighters, nothing blows up I get a to choose "story mode" or "Veteran Mode" , that's it..
  9. I travel a lot and play using my gaming laptop, in the last fue months its taking to dam long to get my "one time password" sent, tonight took 45 minutes and 3 different passwords to be sent! UNEXCEPTABLE! Fix the problem!
  10. my brother owns a transmission shop in Florida, he has 30 years experience, I've see him pull a transmission have 80 pieces laying on his bench, put it all back together, test it on his bench, reinstall it, road test it, call the costumer , the next day the costumer pulls in and something's wrong with it. The proses to find the problem takes longer then then to actually rebuild it. he's not very happy with himself , time and money is lost, and he's upset he now is holding up his costumer. one wrong bit of code can screw up a gig of code, and now ya have to go find it, and you pull your hair out trying to find that bit of code knowing you have thousands of costumers waiting...

I totally agree, I don't mind waiting for them to fix the issue, mistakes happen, and am even thankful for there work on the game as a whole, but when these things happen , and that's not often, it would be nice for someone to keep us up to date on there progress, we are paying costumers after all

Writing game code for this program is not easy, how many times do they get they get it right? more often then not, and the fue times they missed something in the code, and then have to go back over the work that they did over the last week is a letdown to the guys/gals work. And I'm sure they feel they let you the customer down also, so give them a brake, they do work hard, so AGAIN, THANKS for the hard work...
