I cannot see anything in my collections or GS6 rewards, this started after I tried to log back in on Saturday after updating and I was forced to redownload everything for a 2nd time, is anyone else having a similar issue? I just noticed that everything that I have so far collected in GS is also missing to include the stronghold.

  4. I haven't had a whole lot of luck with support in the past and I was hoping to avoid submitting a ticket but it looks like that may be my only option. thanks for the reply.
  5. After the last update I had a character in the Directive 7 flashpoint when I lost connection after my connection was restored I was hit with another update and now I cannot log into the character that I was playing when my connection dropped out. I get the login screen for the character and then it stops at about 90% and I get nothing and I am forced to close the window so I can log back in to play a different character. This is the only character I am having a problem with and I assume it was because it was in a flashpoint. Does anyone have any suggestions to resolve this issue?

After installing update 7.2 I am getting an error message when I am on the main character selection screen after logging in that says "Your current game version does not match the server's, please restart the game. Follow the Help Center link below for more information." There is no help center link and if I click the OK button it shuts down the game. However if I select a character and start the game the character loads like normal. I have tried restarting my computer and still get the same message when I log in.

  8. I've tried to download this but it keeps timing out on me. I have tried to download it on Firefox, Chrome and Brave and am getting the same results with all of them. I am on a slow internet connection and I am guessing that is part of it. Any suggestions to get this dll file?
  9. Hey all, After the servers came up I keep getting a "swtor unable to retrieve patch data please check network connection (208)" message. I don't have a bitraider folder to delete and I have tried all of the suggested fixes with no luck with the exception of redownloading the entire game. Can anyone suggest a fix that will get me back to playing? I am running the game on a WIN10 laptop and running an RTX 2060 with an updated driver. I am not super computer literate and know more than enough to really screw one up so any ideas or suggestions would be super helpful and appreciated.
  10. For what was changed, I can understand the 8GB but I was barely ah hour into playing after the 24 hour download and they hit us with another 2GB download. It's just a bit irritating that 2 days worth of possible game play has been spent downloading. Oh well at least it should be done by morning and I can play then... I hope.
  11. You are right, it shouldn't have been that big a deal, but I live and work on a base in Iraq so I can pay for high speed internet but it would cost me in the $400 a month range. Right now I can't even download 8mb in one minute over here.
  12. Thanks a lot Bioware, I get off work yesterday and rush back to my CHU to download 7.0 and find out it is almost 8GB! Almost 24 hours later, thanks to a 512kbs internet connection I get the game downloaded and log in only to be kicked out an hour later for another update. Now I have to download an additional 1.78GB of content. So in two days worth of paying for SWTOR I get the privilege of playing for less than an hour? You guys are starting to feel like Wargaming and their World of Warships updates! On top of that I STILL have to figure out what happened to all of my characters abilities and figure out if I go back to using the XP boosts now since all my renown boosts are just gone. Thanks for the 10th anniversary kick in the nuts.
  13. Has anyone had any luck since this has been updated? I checked last night and when I hovered over the lockbox to purchase Nico it said I wasn't eligible to purchase him, but that might be because I already have him.
  14. I'm all for a new class, species and more options for Twi'Lek and Togruta species.
  15. Is anyone else having issues with currently unlocked sets now showing locked in collections? I have unlocked and made available to all of my toons the Lana Beniko armor set and have also unlocked the Nico Okarr duster that I get a copy of each time I make a new toon are both now showing up as locked. With Lana Beniko's armor set I can pull it from collections and add it to a toon without an issue and is more annoying than anything when I am looking for armor sets to collect. With Nico Okarr's duster I can add it to a toon but it will not unlock in collections or bind to the toon. So far these are the only two sets I am seeing with this issue, but I can guess there might be more oout there that I don't have.
