  2. Looking for a close-knit, active, helpful community? Azure Alliance (Republic) and Trolling and Shenanigans (Empire) is the guild community for you. Our goal is to have fun while doing all types of content in game, including flashpoints, warzones, conquest, galactic starfighter, heroics, datacron hunts, crafting, and optional light RP. We have our guild ships unlocked for the zeal bonus and guild xp bonuses. We partner with several other guilds for story mode and veteran mode operations. We keep it casual and PG-13 so that our families with young kids feel comfortable joining us in chat. Our members are age 16+.   6. I deleted two Characters and then realized after the fact that they had a boatload of credits between them. So of course I would like to get these two characters restored. What information do I need to include with my request to support when requesting that these characters be restored?
  7. I can count on one hand the few times in all four years that I have ever experienced lag in this game. My guess is that your rig or your internet connection is the problem. Simple if you can see if you can upgrade your internet package or your computer. FYI I believe you did say that you were the only one in the group to have any lag that backs up the idea that the problem with lag is on your end.

FYI the last time I called support I started the call by starting to my information to the CS person and once I gave him my display name he then said that his PC crashed and he then started to diagnose the problem. A few minutes later I pointed out to him that he still had not taken my information and then he said that he did not need my information for the kind of problem I was calling about. I then called him on his nonsense by saying that the reason why he could not take my information was either that he did not need it or that his PC had just crashed but it could not be both reasons. Lucky for me I taken down his name and reported him to a supervisor who when I explained why all this was a problem she very quickly agreed with me and told me that corrective action would be taken. The point is that IF they refuse to take your information then there is NO record of your call ever being made which means for the customer if you call back with the same problem unresolved then you are basicly starting from scratch all over again also if there is NO RECORD of your call then if you do have a reasonable complaint about how your problem is handled then there is no way the CS person can be held accountable for anything they do or fail to do. Gee I wonder why he refused to take my information???

In all honesty I have a very big axe to grind with the Tech Support people for this game but I do understand that venting on here will not solve anything or else I would have ranted on here about all of this a very long time ago. The very best advice I can give anyone about something like this is one even if they don't ask you for your identifying information make them take it so there is a record of your call to support which then means that the person you are talking to cannot dodge responsibility for what they do in trying to help if they are trying to help you at all. And if you are really not happy with the low level of service you feel you are getting then ask to speak to a supervisor.
  10. To be honest you will never truly understand what all of us are trying to get across to you. So the best advice I can give you if you have not done it already is please report these people to Customer service for harassing you that is one of things that Customer Support is supposed to be there for. But if for some reason after contacting customer support you don't get the desired results then may I submit to you that you should just unsub from the game because in all honesty if you are being stalked in the game and you are paying for the privilege then just wasting good money on something that is upsetting you.
  11. Help me understand how you are now being bullied in this forum. A forum by definition is a place where people can come together and discuss a particular topic and it is not required that they agree with one another. So since I read all the posts I still don't know how you can say that you are being bullied and that all that is happening is that people are saying they don't agree with you and stating reasons that support their position.
  12. Hi! The fact is that what is happening to you I know for a fact does happen to other players in back to back PVP matches. But unlike you all the people that have related such stories to me have never said that they where being stalked. A big part of PVP is literally Player Vs Player combat hence PVP. I can't explain why these people target you but unless you have shared anything personal with them then I seriously doubt that they really care about who or what you are and they are simply targeting you because it is easy for them to do and for no other reason. So please stop taking all this so personally when it is most likely not personal and please keep in mind some advice a friend once gave me. Its only a game.
  13. I have to ask are really serious about all this or is it some kind of elaborate joke! Cause if it is a joke I'm not laughing and I find it all very sad. FYI if your not happy with the way the game is now then please stop wasting your money on this game and go play something else. FYI I am also a founder but surprise surprise I really doubt that not only most players don't care about that but I am sure that Bioware does not care about that fact either.
