Hello there, the Master of Manaan achievement is still unobtainable for players who have completed the requirements before patch 7.1.1. I already have submitted multiple customer support tickets, but none of the GMs were willing to grant me this achievement, even though I have heard of multiple other players who got their Master of Manaan manually via the support. This is a known issue which has been present for 9 patches now and everything the support does is mentioning the ever growing issue tracker and recommending me to post this in the suggestion box. For me as a paying subscriber for more than 11 years and achievement hunter with more than 77k points this is absolutely frustrating how arbitrary this system works. If implementing a fix for this bug has no priority for you, it would at least be fair to make sure the customer support is willing to unlock this chievo manually. Best regards, Tim
