  1. In our guild (The Filthy Casuals), we recruit people, not characters. Most of our administrative actions are done on a per player basis, not per character (ranks, recruitment, in-processing, etc). With a large-ish number of characters in the guild, it can be rough to keep everything up to date. Currently the process is to sort by legacy, then do cross comparisons and eyeball it. It works, but it's a pain and takes the guild leaders out of the game for longer than we'd like. What I'd like to see is the ability to search the roster by legacy name, similar to how we can search by character name. Thanks for your consideration!
  2. Bump for great justice! The Casuals are going strong - over the past couple of weeks we've continued to add new Casuals to our Couch (which is very comfy), and are starting to get our teeth into some content. Every Friday we do flashpoints (even getting in to some Master modes), and this weekend is our first Operation run. We've always got room on the Couch!
  3. Name says it on the tin. The Filthy Casuals is a new, laid back, and easy going guild. We're small, but growing. Our focus is on having fun in all things we do, and experiencing content at a reasonable pace. Formed by a core of friends who enjoy the game but don't see it as their life, we cater to the players who have other obligations on their time such as family, work, etc. Our content focus is primarily PvE, although we're open to occasional PvP. RP is not really something we focus on, but we don't judge those who do. As we like to say, we may not know what we're doing but we're having a blast doing it! If that sounds like something you'd like, feel free to reach out Discord: https://discord.gg/uyZM4Uc Website: https://www.guilded.gg/the-filthy-casuals/games/SWTOR In-Game: MacSquizzy, Madithar, Sashana Or just PM me here and we'll get you set up.
  4. I can confirm, like many others, that Armormech is borked - at least on my character: http://imgur.com/3oow7lv I know you all more or less just got into the office, but any updates on this?
  5. http://imgur.com/3oow7lv Nothing, nada, nope. Bought new recipes - recipes still show as purchasable and the trainer still thinks he has things to train me. New recipes do not show up in list. Character: Caelaen Server: The Shadowlands
  6. I'm sure that this has been suggested before as I highly doubt I've been the first to think of or desire it, but my search-fu is failing me so I'll just add another to the pile. Basically, I'd like to have a way to display the myriad weapons and armor that I collect over the course of the game. The simplest would be armor mannequins and weapons racks (or just mannequins with a place to put a weapon as well), but having something that can be tailored to the type of item would be nice. For example, a wall mounted display that holds 3-5 lightsabers or rifles would be wonderful. To avoid providing free additional storage, this could be tied to the character's cargo hold somehow, or even just make use of a modified version of the outfit system - "stamp" the item into the display, so to speak. I appreciate that there are existing static displays of weapons and armor, but they're not "my" weapons and armor, and I'd really like the ability to display my weapons and armor. Thanks for reading!
  7. House of Karrdes of The Twin Spears will attend - either one of our Councilors or a Senior Officer.
  8. I actually didn't think it was as simple as that. The basic concept is still the same though. Yes, it's intricate to implement and even harder to tweak properly. CC is an issue, true, but can also be addressed. If the Resolve bar works properly then having twice as much CC doesn't buy you a lot. If the Resolve bar doesn't work properly then that needs to be fixed. Comparing this to the brackets issue is not valid. You're not going to find level 25s in Illum, or rather you shouldn't. Any scaling algorithm can and should take that into account. Illum is designed to be 50s vs 50s. At worst you should see level 45s. I did not, as you put it, "forget all there is to combat". I stated a basic concept, not a detailed plan.
  9. Or, instead of removing any reason to do OWPvP you introduce scaling mechanics that keep the fight interesting and moderately balanced. A simple buff that scales based on population imbalance in the zone applied to the underdogs which increases damage dealt and decreases damage taken would work fine. 100v50? No problem, the 50 operate as if they were 100. Or even just 80. The overpopulated side still has an advantage but it's no longer the sweeping faceroll that it currently is. No zone cap required either, so everyone who wishes to participate may do so.
  10. I've completed Chapter 1 and got my promotion to Captain. However, I don't seem to have it available as a title. I have Sergeant and Lieutenant, but no Captain. What gives? EDIT: Nevermind, just took a while to populate.
