  1. Thanks for your answers, much appreciated. A bit disappointing, to be true. Because if the combat stays so easy quest rewards, loot and even crafting all kinda become meaningless as long as you focus on PvE and the story.
  2. I've recently reinstalled SWTOR and have started playing a Jedi. Played SWTOR when it was initially released but quit after a couple of months. I've just left Tython and wonder if the challenge/difficulty will eventually ramp up? Because at the moment the game is IMO incredibly easy and thus quite boring, despite the excellent voice overs and cut scenes. I'm already lvl 17 (!) haven't died once, haven't even used a single medpack, never needed to flee from combat. Even the 2+ dungeon 'chamber of speech' provided zero challenge when soloing with my droid companion. I don't remember the initial release being that easy and fast to level. Is this just a Tython/starter planet thing and will the game challenge increase as I explore further regions? Thanks!
  3. I have to say that after the excellent start with the Esseles and Black Talon flashpoints I have been quite disappointed with Hammer Station and Athiss, too. After the story-driven, extremely atmospheric 1st instances Hammer Station and Athiss just felt rather boring. At the end of both I could only think "Wait, that's it?" I'm really enjoying SW:ToR so far but have to admit that I'm a bit underwhelmed by the drop in quality of the flashpoints. I hope they pick up with more story elements soon.
  4. So far I've played Esseles, Hammer Station and Athiss as Commando healer. If I see my group doing stupid stuff I simply tell them how things should be done. In a polite way. Stuff like 'don't break CC' ("what's cc? close combat?"), 'be careful with your AoEs' ("what's aoe?"), 'let the tank' pull etc.pp... There are quite a few people new to MMORPGs in SW:TOR at the moment and most seem to be thankful for a bit of help.
  6. I like the Space Comabt in SW:ToR. I never expected anything like X-Wing or Tie Fighter, and for a mini game I play every now and then it's fun. If in time this gets an overhaul for a more space-sim-like experience I'll be happy, but ATM I can't understand the OHMYGAWDBIOWAREFAILED!!!-brigade...
  7. Same here. IMO a good balance between DPS and healing.
  8. 2. Anyone rolling need for companion gear would get a kick in my groups.
  9. Das ist mein momentar Plan: http://www.torhead.com/skill-calc#800rfRkR0c0zZMIk0Rrd.1
