  1. I have an eyestrain report: Regarding the new ground textures on Voss, on my PC (idk if it's the same for everyone) the grasses create a "TV static" effect now when my character/the camera is in motion.
  2. ^ Bring back the clipping on life day hat, Pleaase. It was so fun to have 1 hat option that shows the character's hair -- the whole reason I was so excited about it. (For non-clipping hats in a similar style there's already the other life day hat)
  3. I wish we could claim a set of their armor whenever we wanted (or pick it up off a vendor) in case we dress them in something else. Never liked that I have to keep their gear set in cargo in order to not lose it.
  4. I think that you can run the Flashpoint with other players to solve that. If you have them agree to let you open as many doors as you need, they can open the rest and none of the NPCs need to die.
  5. But the other vendor in the area who sells cosmetic gear already almost crashes the game with how huge the selection of items is. . It'd have to be broken down to categories (by class again maybe). . . I've been buying them in boxes because then I can keep them in the box (saving on cargo storage) in case I ever want the pieces.
  6. I'd go so far as to say I want to be able to "hide" some companions & only see my favorites in the crafting list. I accidentally put Altuur on the wrong character during the first galactic Seasons and I don't want to see him in my list anymore. Lol
  7. This is cool - I've wanted today's flash sale for quite a while (infiltrator's compact sniper rifle). -can we have those unobtainable emotes...? Were they ever for sale? -party jawa???? (is it possible?) -The axe, of course -flair: jawa mask -collapsible bowcaster grek -vindicator's saberstaff to go with the saber we just got (yay) -aikion blaster too, sure. -THORN containment amor (I wanted the pink set more, but I managed to pick it up in a rare flash sale a while ago) -sand people pillager armor (just because no one has it anymore haha) (-I also want the Outlaw's armor and such, but if you can't claim it from collections then that's an issue. I don't mind how low rez any of the old things are.. I just don't want to have to keep it in cargo.) -discontinued dyes?? I'm not sure why ceremonial yellow, uniform blue, and purple/purple aren't in the cartel market anyway, but a flash sale of those would be cool too -orange-yellow crystals (what happened to those?) -Title: contractor AND, decos I would love to be able to buy individually: -manaan floor lamp (from the underwater essentials, which comes with only 1 of most of the decos) -luminous sconce: yellow -large mek-sha cantina bar -penthouse doorway vaiken/carrick station (just generally: I love to be able to buy light decos that actually cast light in the environment, & nice decos that fit on small/narrow hooks. Sometimes the bundles just don't come with the right ratio. You'd get stuck with big decos you can't use if you're trying to get more of the smaller decos.) I'm a little bummed I missed darth vindican's dualsaber & the rest of the collector pack. Didn't realize it would be gone so soon/didn't have the coins. . . but those are probably too recent to ask for/might never get re-relased. And I'm still REALLY bitter about the giveaway code that had issues the first time they released it & then didn't work for me the second time when they tried to fix it (for the korrealis viscount and regent, maybe? or prinwe speeders?). but Oh Well, those were never for sale anyway. RIP. Black-purple striated crystal were never cartel market either, I guess. . . and a bunch of the pets I wish I could have (like the forest nekarr cat & arctic manka lynx).
  8. You know what would make sense? Four ops /bosses/ per week. (Even 2/4 ops is a pretty big commitment when it's a specific set and it's story mode. I run ops two nights a week: 1 SM and--when possible--1 harder one like R4 or a Vet mode. And that's..... STILL kind of a lot to be playing one videogame in combination with everything else.)
  9. I'd really like GSF to be included! I actually enjoy playing Warzones - I win about as many as I lose (same with GSF). . . If I could do the whole PVP season without arenas, I'd be happy to stay out of them. I have been losing over & over in arenas, when the que even pops (which can be rare on this server). The objective requires too many matches per week/too many medals per match (especially if you don't win!) . . I don't think anyone put on a team with me is enjoying my quest for points either, because I'm not good at 4v4. [Edit: I've also gotten a loooottt of 3 vs. 4 or even 2 vs. 4 matches which just guarantee a loss. Like, at least it pops the Q? But it's not fun.] Having to play the full twelve matches if I want 100 points is pretty draining. Last week I played 12 and won 3. Got enough medals in 3 or 4 of them - just short of the alternate goals. Doing something like "play mid-level matches" for the bonus points is also a cool idea.
  10. I think it would make sense to make the PVP season last longer for the reason that you can't play unless other people are playing (unlike galactic seasons). There may be x number of days in which you COULD theoretically play, but if you're in a quiet time zone you may only have a couple days a week where you can make it into an active queue. I would support something like a bonus reward track that only gives tokens. Let people finish their armor set on the regular track, then encourage people who still like to play pvp just for the sake of it by giving them more chances to earn reward purchases at the vendors.
  11. [How are you enjoying the Galactic Season system overall?] Fun but frustrating. [Do you enjoy the content used in Season Objectives? Are there parts of the game you wish you saw more, or less?] -My favorite objectives are still the ones to defeat world bosses because it is content I usually don't get to play. -PVP and GSF objectives are OK, but the ones asking for medals are still asking way too many, especially because it is not easy to get matches started (the que is not always active). In GSF, medal-hunting also alters people's play style to the point that the matches are frustrating. -Flashpoints should always finish the objective with just one FP (maybe 2 if done in story mode), no matter whether it has a bonus boss or not. Any more than 1 per week is too many. -The "sparks of war" objectives to kill 25 difficult enemies requires too many kills. None of the bases have enough of the required enemy type. On the higher-level planets they can take a long time to kill, even with a large amount of players. 10 or so would be a more reasonable number. (Whether it's 5 or 25, people will still solo the activity if they want, but it is a boring grind when the number is this high.) -I'm disappointed there haven't been objectives related to ops other than R4, since ops and class stories are the main thing I want to play. The number of points per objective don't actually make the longer ones more worthwhile, because the 100 objectives achievement only measures total number completed.. [Have you been able to complete Galactic Seasons? Do you feel the season requires too much effort, or is too easy to complete?] I've finished the track, but haven't had the chance to see the story with the companion, because I've been focused on completing 100 objectives for the achievement. There are too many objectives expected per week for the length of time the Seasons runs. I would like the list of OPTIONS to be about as varied as it is, but make it about 4 objectives per week instead of 7 (if you had time for 1 a day, you'd be able to spend the other half of your week doing other things in the game) and tie the bonus achievement to LESS than 100 objectives (when it only takes 60-70 objectives to run out of rewards on the track). [How does completing a Galactic Season fit into your desired play session? Are you able to progress the Season while doing your normal activities, or do you feel Galactic Seasons prevent you from completing the content you enjoy?] It gets in the much more often than lining up with what I want to play. I'm not enjoying the feeling of running out of time, or of "getting behind" when I'm away from the game a week or two for summer vacations. I could just stop trying for Seasons objectives, but then I'll be frustrated if I have half-finished armor sets I couldn't unlock in collections, etc., and that just makes me want to quit the game altogether. [Do you have any other feedback or suggestions for Galactic Seasons?] -Make the old dyes purchasable for seasons tokens. -Again: reduce the number of objectives per week. -Start to cycle the different Seasons so new players have the opportunity to play the content, with a "new" season thrown in between previous ones.
  12. It'd be a good feature if they can do it. A token to let us delete our character's second spec & give us the mission again to learn a new one.
  13. I think an on-call rotation of mods would be a good idea for responding to tickets that are a clear-cut breaking of the rules. Reporting is a good system, but someone should be able to arrive and mute really awful "conversations" & harassment WHILE they are going on, not just temp-ban the offenders after the fact. Another thing you could do would be have volunteer mentor-type players whose reports were prioritized as "urgent", based on their good record for spotting problems. I think everyone who leaves gen chat open has seen people go on for HOURS saying repeatedly offensive things. It's a real issue that no one will show up to stop them even if they are reported, and they may never get a ban if no one bothers to report them.
