Yes because 35% + 5% from agent buff gives you 40%. Recklessness gives you a 60% boost, so when you pop reck you get a 100% crit

I second this decision to increase the mechanics for healers to encounter in operations. Simply making mechanics be 'oh just heal this target that is getting hit harder than normal' again and again make things just boring to be honest. I know that some healers probably aren't as geared/skilled as others, but can you give some more mechanics that make things better. I enjoy the proposed mechanics, because making things right now 'just do dps cause you're not healing at the moment' isn't captivating enough in my opinion.

Hey guys I was messing around with new builds for 1.4 as a healing sorc, and have found this to be the best. So let me know what you think. Just to let you know this is for the PVE side of healing. http://www.torhead.com/skill-calc#201GGrRrd0duzZf00MZ0M.2 I have chosen to take only 1 point in force surge because now with unnatural preservation (UP), the way we consume to get our force back has changed, not needing to innervate to consume as much anymore. With this build you get the 30% boost on UP, as well as the increased healing on yourself and the full crit chance. So let me know what you think of this build.

It is obvious that we are unaware now as to the date exactly when 1.4 will be released, whether you are talking about the PTS or when it hits live servers. It can be skepticized that it will release around the date of September 25th (When MoP hits). I, and the rest of my guild, to be honest cannot wait for this to hit, as we have been doing HM EC for far far too long. It sucks that SM TFB will be dropping simply rakata and possible BH, because when new content releases, it is stupid for only the HM to contain the gear that you wish to recieve. Maybe I am coming from a perspective that is not seen by others because I am a hardcore raider. But if TFB is NOT as hard as they are claiming it is, or will be, even with the up and coming F2P option, this game will bomb.
