Been running ranked for the new augments mats. Decided to queue up for regs and entered the "new" war zone that the pathetic Bioware creative team came up with. A reskin of a crap war zone. That's pathetic. You guys must be really hurting if that reskin was the best you could come up with in a very long time.

Hate to say it, but that right there sounds like we won't see another chapter or flashpoint or ops boss or PvP map in at least 3 months. So, PvE gets to grind one boss for 3 months, PvP balance won't get touched and our very short new content will be grinding new dailies for worthless rep rewards? Sorry Keith, but I hope I am very wrong with how soon new content will be coming our way.

Just received my 110th tier 3 command crate. And after 110, only 2 item level 242 gear items received. 1 relic and 1 implant. F'ing pathetic system. Thanks for a great gearing system Bioware. What a joy.

Over 100 Tier 3 crates opened and only two item level 242 pieces of gear. For this to be the primary gearing method prior to Biowares amazing creation of unassembled components is just laughable. How can Bioware or any player of this game defend this terrible system? Oh, and thank you Bioware for the 250% increase in getting the crates. So much fun getting crates filled with crap that much faster.

Wait, that's it? Take steps to avoid it in the future? What about all the items and levels and XP and cartel market purchases lost? Your response is not good enough. Your company needs to pay back the items and xp levels lost back to your players. I can't wait to hear your stupid comments during the live stream that don't address your upset customers.

While you are investigating, how about returning me my 20k conquest points, my 3 bars of command xp and the cartel market items I purchased or return my cartel coins. Fix your game. This is pathetic.

Harbinger had a rollback last night and I lost a cartel purchase of 5 Command Boosts, yet you kept my cartel coins that I spent on them. Today, just now, Harbinger just had another rollback and I lost 3 full bars of Command XP and over 20k of conquest points. The only way to advance your character now in this game is your stupid crap Galactic Command XP bar. Now, your server takes a dump and takes away over 3 hours of my Command XP. You take away our XP, you take away our conquest points, you take away our cartel market purchases but keep our coins, you take away our GTN items that we put up for sale, and you take our many hours of time spent on this pathetic game that has absolutely no new content with the exception of your new 4 man flashpoints.....I mean uprisings. Respond to your player base with an immediate fix of this issue and refund us all the things you keep taking away. No wonder players are leaving this game in droves.

Okay, last night we had one as well. I lost a Cartel Market purchase during that one and you still kept my coins. Today, I lose a bar and a half of Command XP and command 2 crates that I hadn't opened yet in my inventory. This is pathetic. Congrats on your total crap game.

The class has reflective shield, great escapes, heals, cc, electro net......ummm a bit much don't you think? Snipers got a roll heal......wow, that's cool.

You may not have taken that attempted joke the same way I did. I am free to feel it was an insult just like you are free to take it as whatever you feel like taking it as. Last I checked, I have the right to post what I like and dislike on these forums. You can suggest whatever you feel like, but I think your "reassess some things" should be done more on Biowares part than on my posting in this thread. Based on many threads discussing the chapter content and dislike of waves of useless Skytroopers that take up the majority of that chapter content, I don't feel that a joke was warranted. Again, my personal opinion on the matter.

And that response is all I need to understand that you don't care and have completely disregarded the feedback from your player base. You make a joke about something that has angered many that play this game solely for the story content and I for one take your attempted humor as an insult. What you all consider chapter content with the repeated waves of useless skytroopers explains a lot especially when the content per chapter is 20 to 30 minutes in length and 15 minutes of it is useless boring combat. Thank you for foreshadowing the next expansion chapter content. Smart subscribers pretty much already made this assumption, but you have helped confirm it.
