  1. How enterprisingly stupid... Cool, that's all I needed. Thx.
  2. Not sure if this is the right place to post this, but... When the latest expansion dropped a little while back, something changed the way loot, experience, and "kill credit" was distributed. Namely if I'm killing a mob in the open world and someone else randomly comes along and "helps" kill said mob, the loot and experience is suddenly split up between us. It also shared credit for the kills if there's an active mission with a kill counter. This would be normal if I was in a group with the other player, but playing solo it should not be this way, right? Or was this a stealth change in the expansion update patch?
  3. It's a best guess that assumes the registrant's server isn't located in east jabip two million miles from their office... The registrant is Zayo IT located at... Registrant Contact Name: Zayo IT Organization: Zayo Mailing Address: 1805 29th Street, Boulder Colorado 80301 US Phone: +1.7204509703 Ext: Fax: +1.7205906874 Fax Ext: Email:domain@zayo.com NOTE: I used the ICANN whois site and entered the server's hostname to get this info.
  4. You can try performing a whois sarch for those problematic ip addresses/server host names. Do a google search for 'whois' and pick your preferred site. The whois won't fix anything but it will allow you to view some basic information about the ip or hostname you entered (location and sometimes the company/org who registered the IP/hostname). Here are two whois sites I've used in the past. * https://whois.icann.org/en - or - * https://www.whois.net/ As a side note, where can I find a list of the swtor server IP addresses and/or hostnames?
  5. Where do we find the requirements for earning the Darth Hexid companion? The roadmap was rather vague regarding the requirements.
  6. I get an error message in the launcher when trying to log into the game. "Unable to retrieve patch data. Please check network connection. (208)". The thing is, I'm connected to the internet (obviously, how would I post this otherwise). Don't tell me they uploaded the Autumn road map as a game/launcher patch instead of posting it to the forums X-D Seriously though, what gives?
  7. Sorry for the (much) delayed reply. I have an irregular and more often than not hectic schedule at work (InfoSec technicians/intel analysts for the DoD tend to have schedules like that). I'm on the Shadowlands server and I currently live on the East coast. I'd love to get this done, but I'm always hesitant to ask not just because of my schedule and the 'crickets' on fleet, but also because I have 25 soon-to-be-26 characters (mix of Imp and Pub) that are all at the H4 point in the quest chain. Rather than ask three other people to run both H4's 26 times, I figured it was reasonable to bring this issue up again in hopes that it would generate enough traffic that BW would at least take notice. I'm not really expecting much to come of this, but I figured if I don't ask, then BW definitely won't do or say anything about it. If there's a better place to raise the issue (another forum/board perhaps?) that is more likely to be seen by someone at BW, I'm all ears.
  8. Any plans to make these solo-able in the future? I finished the "scavenger hunt" quests eons ago but could never get a group for the H4 quests. Nowadays it's extremely difficult if not impossible to find a group to run them but I'd really like to finish them rather than abandon the quest line altogether.
  9. Somehow I neglected to choose the romance option for Lana Beniko when you first come to Odessen (either because of the "romance bug" or the dialogue choice being somewhat ambiguous at the time -.-). I fully understand that it is difficult to allow a character to undo that change by resetting the romance flag without requiring a replay though all the chapters after the romance dialogue (though they did reset the first two FP's mission progress for SoR several times. I also fully understand it would be unfair to simply set the romance flag to "on" going forward (assuming it is indeed a simple on/off flag in the character's config file(s). My suggestion is this: in future chapters allow the player character another opportunity to romance Lana. I would think that is a feasible and simple enough solution. It would allow people who missed out on the first chance another go and if you already have romanced her, simply disable or remove that dialogue choice.
