  1. I got all 7 done without doing any PvP. There did seem to be less 12-poing options this week, though. I'm not stressed about it.
  2. Dathomir and Exegol. The latter, where Palpatine went to interact with ancient Sith cults and its ties to the Sith quest for immortality, seems right up SWTOR's alley. And Dathomir would just be cool. They could mostly make it with existing assets recolored, I'd guess, too.
  3. Not that I can't really afford it, I guess, but the amount of credits for most quick travels is scandalous to me.
  4. My thoughts are that I'm really wondering if I misunderstood the player base and target audience for this game a lot. I thought Star Wars was supposed to be swashbuckling action, and the romance was a nice aside, not the focus of the game—the entire focus on the announcement of this feature had me scratching my head wondering who was really asking for it in enough numbers to justify it. In any case, I'm not romancing any of those characters, I don't even like many of those characters, and even with my favorite girlfriends like Kira or Mako, I doubt that I'll care much about actually playing out a date night with them.
  5. Repeatable exploration missions on the base game planets count. I tend to do it with newer characters who can still benefit from them, myself. Otherwise, Heroics.
  6. Oh, the sentinels and guards will count? Well, that obviously makes it tons easier. Cool.
  7. I got fr3-dom just a few minutes ago, although I'd been checking all day for someone to fight it when I had a moment. Still not sure where to do the Sparks of War, though.
  8. Also, I never see anyone gathering to attack FR3-DOM. Is anyone doing that challenge, or did everyone do it on Tuesday when the week started?
  9. This hasn't been very exhaustive, but I've run around a fair bit with both an Imperial and a Republic character, and whenever I go to the opposite base, I see sentinels and stuff; not champion droids and turrets, on Tatooine. But Tatooine is one of the planets specifically called out as having them. Where are they? Which base, or are they somewhere else?
  10. 1. Make all of the rest of the flashpoints have a solo mode too. 2. Given that nobody does Uprisings much, maybe they would if there was a solo mode for them too. 3. Exegol! I didn't much like the movie, but I thought Exegol was a cool new addition to the Star Wars mythos, and as a place where Sidious went to pursue ancient Sith cults and immortality, it also seems right up the alley of the SWTOR Sith shenanigans. 4. More character customization options. I wish I could make a rattattaki character who didn't have tattoos and wasn't bald, for instance, or Chiss characters with regular eyes, or Sith characters who looked more like whats-his-face, the little red guy who has a smooth human face, etc. Maybe like what was done for cyborgs where you can get any class cybernetics on any other class if you unlock it, we just make a really broad expansion of human, where we get more hair, eye and skin colors from the other races. Blue people, gray people, red people, green people, etc. 5. ?? I'm sure I can think of more with more time, but those are all things I'd like to see.
  11. I remember that there were a couple of places where you could go take screenshots of your character with what amounts to a completely black background, but a well-lighted character. If I remember correctly, there were two such places in the game; one on Hutta maybe, and one on Taris? Maybe I'm wrong, or maybe there's more. However, Google is completely letting me down as I try to figure out where those places are. Does anyone know what I'm talking about and can point me in the right direction? I think there used to be a page on tor-fashion that had those places listed as part of a page on how to take better screenshots, but of course, a lot of that content is gone now.
  12. People can have preferences for any reason, and don't need to explain them. If having voice-acted cutscenes is one of the things that you came to the game for, then having them go away is unacceptable. And that's fine. If it isn't a big deal to you, then it isn't., and that's fine too. It's not about accepting anything that's real. Broadsword needs to accept the reality that missing certain features will mean many customers lose interest. And if customers express displeasure and criticize the game, then other fans need to accept that that's inevitable too; it's not just a case of angry emotional reaction. And even if that is all that it is, it still represents customers going away. For me, the more unacceptable things in the new content are 1) the class stories with your original class characters, especially the better girlfriend options, were by far the best part. The generic stories meant to apply to anyone simply aren't very compelling, 2) the story seems to be confused and directionless. I can't tell where its going or what its getting at anymore, 3) your character isn't even the main character anymore; each new section seems to have the devs unlikeable NPCs at the center of the story and we're just tagging along as spectators. That said, I just took about a year off of my subscription, and then came back because I still have a lot of characters that I've created that still have the original story to play through. Everyone's got to decide on their own how to interact with the content available.
  13. Whoops! I forgot that I'd changed those settings when I was playing around with some things and didn't change them back. Awesome, thanks! Don't know how I didn't notice. Everything looks so much better now...

  15. I go away for a little while, and when I come back there's a graphics change all over the place. Mostly I don't notice it too much, but I went to Hoth to play a newer character who's at that point in the story, and I find that bizarrely some of the far distant white mountains in the background are now a very bizarre ugly very dark grayish brown. They stand out terribly and look ridiculous next to their snow-covered white neighbors. I know, I know... it's just a minor aesthetic detail that doesn't really matter THAT much, but what in the world possessed anyone to make that change? It looks terrible.
