  1. Im usually hitting lvl 80 on my chars a bunch before chapter 3 end. After that there is totally no use to complete story/side quests cause the time lost VS reward gained is totally bad. Dunno if it have to be renown or anything like that, or an increase of the rewards (maybe adding some of the new gear upgrading materials) but something should be done in order to give some incentives to actually play the game instead of skipping story and go all day long to the most rewarding contents. SWTOR is (sadly atm id say was) a story driven game, why it should be the most uselss of al lthe contents? The fact that lot of ppl wanna skip to the last added contents (try it once and say bye till next expansion) show how all the rewards of the storymode are totally skipable in order to play whatever else content is the meta one atm. Being a player that like to complete every quest on my toons, i feel somehow stupid when i play and spend (waste?) my time to complete all the side ones to gain a bunch of credits (useless bunch considered gtn prices and the lack of good use for coins).
  2. So just moved to preferred and did some wz to farm frags, then sunday all of a sudden my 10 weekly warzones limit resetted to 10... Shouldnt this be changed in order to reset with everything else? Its crazily confusing to plan something if i dont know how many wz i will need to complete my weekly quests. (3/1 win/lost points make a huge diff on this) Resetting on tuesday as the rest allow people to be more on target, without risk to play one more and screw the weekly for the next week. If there is a REAL reason to keep that in this crazy way id really be interested into discover what on hearth it can be... one only week into this and im already troubled if play 1 more and risk (with 10 only there MUST be a win to complete at least 1 weekly, if i play more, the MUST win number keep increase) or not...cant imagine the ones that are dealing with this from forever. Of course this werent a problem till 7.0, but with weeklyes resetting, this became a huge problme cause we are "forced" to complete them if we want the reward and avoid to lose points (dunno if cal those points, but i mean the xx/12 required to complete it)

Ok in the last hour i saw 2 matches with a team having all 3 the objective controlled for most of the match and one with 4 ppl defending the only one they got, that of course was leading to a loss, couple of hutball ended 6-0 and 7-1.... Third with control turrets ended with like 80 points left on the other but the usual smartas*** played only to kill pl and not to protect the control points ending in a loss...but thats its always been a pvp trouble from what ive heard (the lack of chances to pick the kind of match ppl want). So what is the problem? We are full of throwers everywhere now with these changes or premades are now a even worst "problem" cause they gain better then before? ------------------------ One thing for sure, 320 vs 326/330 seems a no way match unless the other player is sleeping...this should be inside ranked in my opinion....unranked should be fun even for not farmers... I know its all been like this from forever and that the bolster atm sux hard, but im not a pvper at all and tried this only now due to the lack of frags from solo sources (without deadly repetition over and over again).
  4. I started (the weapons fashion setups) with the oldest one by case and actually got all the bound ones...have to find a newest one with a good looking weap that worthed saving when i got it ^^ thanks for confirming the thing

I was trying to add to some of my toons the first weap they forged on their first planet (sage on tythoon in the case) but i sadly discovered that i ve eventually sold them probably during some storage cleanups... So i started to search if there was some other lightsaber with the same look and i found someone saying that the first forged weap is now bound to legacy and there were no need to buy one. The only ones i still got are all bound on character, not legacy, maybe cause thye are old? dunno Anyone can confirm this? Does it stay bound to legacy after i change the color crystal? (so i only need a copy and not multiple ones eventually) If not...anyone know some lightsaber with very similar/same look? Thanks in advance
  6. Same here. Tried gsf only for the GS2 objectives, dint like it at all, but in the few matches played i felt like others were at hyperspeed with autoaim compared to me...ended up with some 0 dmg done and a few suicides in the first few matches. Removed the suicides after i got a little more how to drive but the dmg are still crazy low...
  7. This work untill the content i like give the same rewards as the one i hate. the choice would be simple. If the content i hate give load more of rewards, that "force" me to go there to avoid stayin behind the others (chances to enter into raid, possible advantages if bolster decide to work in the future and things like that) Its not me, you, them, my hurry or not to get gear. Its the human brain and how biowar/ea decided to ruin everything. On the same line you can see the new sh*t about resetting weeklyes. I used to play my toons how i like. Now im "forced" to play the 3 FP in the same week to avoid losing a potential reward.
  8. Sorry to go a bit out of target but this thing troubled me a lot Im i undertanding this right? Does this mean that preferred cant use tacticals and legendaries? Eventually...does the old epic gear unlock help about his?
  9. Im in the same boat, almost got all the 16 + all the dps subclasses maxed (dont like to switch between the 3 specs so i use alts). Actually seems pointless to have the second style but eventually can be interesting the change of side to RP the opposite alignment ones a little better. But...big but...giant but... New generetions of players like to do all quickly and with no effort = lot of ppl wanting a stealth subclass to avoid fights. Bioware added lot of trash mobs with more hp then some bosses....this add more and more will to avoid figthin for no rewards (trash mobs are so useless in this game...low exp (if u are still not 80, and no renown anymore) and almost always crap rewards).

Like I said, it could come from us not reading every single damn wall of text about 7.0 but also, if the ok to press were put together with something like : "this will remove sorc from slot 1 and change it to sage" or "this will let sorc in slot 1 and add sage to slot 2" Would have solved lot of troubles (said that ppl actually read 2 rows ingame). At that point one could go and actually search why that wasn't working as intended before confirming.

Without caring about class and powers, having 4 out of 8 that are used to play together and even worst if they are connected by discord and similar (speaking is way faster then write and hope that some pug read, answer or follow directive to try to win) is a huge impact on a team. Without counting afk players, they are 4 working on objective and in the worst case 4 killing randomly. Still bothering enemies. 8 vs 8 without pre-made maybe will stop 2 friend to queue together, but for sure will make the field even for everyone. Ask for a different queue for pre-made only is too much, I know, but asking that even casuals can have fun, doesn't seem wrong. Pugs are bad enough, being queued vs a premade could lead to avoid pvp at all.
  12. I agree with the idea that we need something after max level. Still working on maxing all my characters and noticed that some will be 80 way before the end of chapter 3. This lead me to think that doing all the side quests will quickly become useless, considering the time lost to run around the planet and the ridicously low credit rewards. Something like renown could still give the idea that playing them will still lead to something, more then actually "steal" time to more rewarding activities. It's the usual swtor problem. Play blindly without caring at all for rewards (really hard to do for human brains) or actually play something that is not what we want in order to maximize the incoming, being it credits, random drops or the cc from gs2
  13. +1 Got a couple of chars that should have switched to the mirrored but ended up with 2 specs. I'd really like to "solve" the thing and make them like I planned. Could be my bad for lack of information, but all the talking at the time made things more confused of what they actually are. Still, a guide would have been better then a couple of "ok" to press to confirm the choice when you think it will do a different thing.
  14. As far as it could seem usefull, I see a bad point into this. I usually try to do all quests on my levelling toons, and the "fog" on the map show me where I still haven't checked. Having all the map available, without a way to see quest markers even far away from me, will make that very very hard. For the rest, true, expecially role-playing related characters, I can't imagine someone not passing a usb key (future version) with map data to a person (son, friend or whatever) when they move to a planet.
  15. That one seems good. I don't know if they fused PvE and pvp bolster, but eventually transform it into 2 different ones seems an optimal solution to solve swtor problems. For sure I'm totally pro if they go to ff way with totally balanced char.
