  1. I know this question has been done to death, but let's rehash: How many of you are hoping for SGRA and for SG flirt options? (Is anyone else putting off a character because they want the flirts too?) Personally, I've got two characters on hold until we get more confirmation/until they put SGRA and SG flirts in.
  2. I want to learn Slicing so like a good little toon I went around to the Crew Skill Trainers to learn it. Except I can't find the trainer. Understandably, this is a rather big obstacle in trying to train the skill. Is there just no slicing trainer on Nar Shaddaa (I thought I found the trainer's name)? Are they in an obscure place? Am I just blind? So... help please?
  3. I haven't dropped by the forums for a while (a long while) but I wanted to come back and see if they've actually released even the most vaguest of info on SGRAs. Last I heard was at launch, and all they were saying was that SGRAs were to be added at a 'later point'. Anymore word because I'd really love to start playing my bisexual main and my lesbian alt.
  4. The offensive comes with the clarification of exactly what the toggle would entail. (I think, mainly, there's a separate thread for it hence it's disclusion from this thread).
  5. For new SGRA-specific companions - my IA couldn't bare to love any girl who hated the Empire, so I hope IA's get a neutral or Empire allied SGR. Also; do we think we're getting SG-flirts as well? Any word on that? What do you think vs what do you hope?
  6. Please please can we get a rough (even very rough) estimate on when to expect any same gender content? I've got a main and an alt I can't play until same gender content is introduced so I'd love a (no matter how rough) estimate of when I'll be able to start playing my characters. My vote is down for romance arcs and same-gender flirts being written in from level 1.
  7. I'll reiterate my opinion (mainly because I want to subscribe). I hope all SGRA content will be patched in so that it is evident from level 1. I hope there will be not only SGRA but general SG content (ie. same gender flirts). I don't think there should be a toggle, if there is then I think it should turn all romance off or all romance on. If they insist on a separate toggle for OG and SG content then the toggle should have four options: Show no romance, show heterosexual romance, show homosexual content, show all romance content. Deal with it
  8. Ah... I do love this series. Loudly REFUSE to stop flipping table and FLIP the LAST TABLE to prove your point.
  9. Oh well of course he is a plot point (why didn't I think of that?). Accuse the bartender of being a republic spy.
  10. Ha, my characters actually have really mundane backstories. My BH, Tai, grew up with a Bounty Hunter dad who she basically idolised so she didn't so much want to be a bounty hunter but more apathetically assumed she would be one. When she was about 10 her father started training her (not much - proper training like blasters and gadgets came later) and continued training her until she left home to seek her own reputation as a Hunter. My Smuggler, Envy, grew up with a big family (probably on somewhere like Coruscant) and a single mum. Her mum worked in Cantina's so she was always hearing about various smuggler's tales. She got a really idealised view of the world. When she was a teenager she did a few smuggling-esque odd jobs and when she was just barely able to she managed to stow onto a ship and start her pirate career. She doesn't make very much, because she keeps turning down 'evil sounding' jobs and giving credits to beggars and buying drinks for cute guys in cantinas. (I've got a few other's but they're my active toons, ATM) So yeah, my backstories are pretty mundane. It's basically "Yeah so they were born and then Fate decided they were going to be these classes and thus they were".
  11. You really never read any of Bioware's marketing for this game, did you? They said time and time again that they wanted you to feel HEROIC. And it's not too hard to go from straight up heroic into a BDH. This is not a game of mooks. This is - rather specifically and purposely - a game of Big Damn Heroes. (Unfortuantly I don't know any MMO's where you play as a more background character. I wish there was one, though. That's what my RP characters usually are.) (Except for my Smuggler who is rather purposefully a BDH.)
  12. FLIP over the table your CONTACT is at. I'm sure it will IMPRESS her and make her think you are a STRONG and WELL ADJUSTED bounty hunter.
