Can Reputation Decorations be placed in a guild stronghold by anyone with access to do so?

Can I place Reputation Decorations in a Guild stronghold my son and I have our own guild more for fun and convenience than anything else and I would like to buy a guild stronghold and build a swoop track I will have legend rep next time the swoop thing comes around but my son will not and doesn't expect to bother with it so I wondering if just me having it will let me place items I buy from rep vendors?
