well actually, maybe they dont want massive amount of new character creation in europe while NA is shut down and vice-versa.

They could push it back a bit. i would shut down those servers a 11pm pst

Today they managed to get in whole August and September, I think tomorrow will see October and November. And most likely everybody else Friday. My hopes aren't very high for last wave Thursday even if i entered my code on Dec. 2nd. I see this would be fair to have 4 days of Early access for pre-ordering a bit last minute.

Try logging in with the exact same account you redeemed the code on in July. Maybe you have a different account with all the password changes that occurred last month. Check your alternate emails etc etc

Your views reflect what most people on these forum think. Unfortunately, some might be left with a bitter taste in their mouth. Personally i feel locked out of release day simply because i wasn't following SWTOR development and wasn't aware the game even existed until October 2011. So i am second class, just like in beta, a weekender, not a real tester, a second class.
