Every time I try to buy more cartel coins I'll press purchase and instead of sending me a receipt and stuff it just says "general error, please try again later" or something. Anyone know what's going on?

ok so I am aligned with the light side and I make light sied choices, but things still come up that say "the dark side grows stronger". why is this and how can I change it so that the light side grows stronger?
