I do agree that Funcom seems to have better communication but if their previous MMO; Age Of Conan, is of any indication, they are horrible at keeping a good direction.
When they were running Age of Conan close after release, they kept implementing every change that players suggested. The result was class balancing going all over the place with number of bugs slowly mounting up due to time constraints.
I'm hoping the they aren't doing that with TSW since I'm quite interested in it.
