I have a Grand Statue of the Emperor I would like to place but it requires a Centerpiece Hook. I have yet to find one in my stronghold or in my Guilds Stronghold. Does anyone know where this centerpiece hook is located?

Can only the guild leader decorate the Guild Stronghold? Is there a way to grant permission to Guild Officers to decorate? if so how do you grant this access?
