  1. Probably the least of all the issues right now but here it is: Alliance contact for "Little Boss" mission.is shown as Dr. Ogurobb in "Companions and Contacts" window instead of Hylo Visz who is the real contact, as we can see when the quest is over and from the alert description.
  2. Yes, this patch seems great, and I am very satisfied with almost everything that it brings, it's just this change that puzzles me, because I can't see the logic behind it...
  3. From the 4.1 patch notes: "Removed the Nar Shaddaa/Alderaan/Hoth Bonus Series Mission NPCs from the Fleets. The Mission chain can now be accepted directly from (insert NPC name) on (that planet) upon reaching level 60." Level 60? What exactly was the reason for this change? With level syncing, bonus series actually became somewhat worth doing if you wanted to stay/return on that planet a bit more, and you could do them at any level above the designated and get appropriate rewards. Now you have essentially removed the way for new players to find about them and totally removed them from access for F2P (who can't get to the lvl 60). Also in game continuity they happen WAY before lvl 60 and I cant find a real reason why would lvl 60 player (who must have played the game before to even know that they exist) go to search for them. If fleet NPC's bothered you so much, why don't just move them to the spaceports of respective planets like for the other bonus series and leave level requirement appropriate for the planet. It just seems like completely wrong change without any reason or benefit.
  4. In case that you didn't notices mob density on makeb has been reduced quite while age before 4.0. Makeb (apart of heroics) is not more difficult that any other planet.
  5. And they were the only reason why I planned to unsub. After this patch I decided to stay.
  6. Just an 8 finished class missions legacy bonus, by story gained gear (190 - 200) with one or two 208 comms gear pieces, highest level companion influence - 11. Approximately the same on both of my lvl 65 characters. I also came here to play KOTOR 3-10+ (didn't play an MMO in my life and besides this one probably never will) and I really don't remember any boss fight in KOTOR 1 or 2 where you could stand there doing nothing and win while your companions kill him. Actually I don't know any such game (except this one). Do you? And game was extremely relaxing both before 4.0 and now. You get challenge only when you want. Nothing's forced on you.
  7. Game was vibrant because of good story, level sync and lots of good changes in a qualitatively marketed and hyped expansion. Overpowered companions had nothing with that. New players knew nothing about that and those doing only story won't even know that something's changed now. Of those that are leaving now most are leaving because they have burned through content and have nothing else to do and most of them will return when the story continues forward.
  8. And people don't get me wrong : I have NOTHING against overpowered LVL 50 influence companions. People have grinded long for that, they have earned their reward. It is just that overpowered LVL1-to 10 were worrying me. If lvl 50 companions are under-performing (which I cannot check) than they definitely deserve a buff. I agree with that totally.
  9. No, he didn't mention Star Fortress at all. He was talking about ordinary Heroic 2 missions. And man would think that when something has 2 modes - one Solo and one Herois 2+ it was pretty clear which one is for what. Also, Heroic fortress drops 208 hilts/barrels which means that it was designed for people in worse gear than that, which is possible to beat only if there are TWO of them.
  10. There is nothing " pulled out of my butt". And we are everywhere simply because people whining are much more vocal and I'm on the forum purely to show anyone who is reading this a different side of the medal. All that I'm saying comes from playing the solo game AND various Heroics which I'm trying left and right. And I'm not a great player, but not a bad one ether. And by Heroics I don't mean Star Fortresses, but planetary heroic 2 missions, and for THOSE your companion should be enough. I realize that Star Fortresses those may be impossible to solo for most, but it's better for rest to understand that it thata ae HEROIC FLASPIONTS, not a Solo Flashponts or a planetary Heroic 2 missions, and therefore they are is a GROUP CONTENT. To solo that now, you will probably have to get maximum gear and lvl 50 comp or lvl10 alliances, which I will never have, but somebody will and will be able to do it and therefore get that connected achievements. On the other side, I will never beat a Dread Fortress and Palace solo (which I wold very much like) and you don't hear me whining about that.
  11. Repeatable boring content is repeatable boring content no matter how you took it. Why do you event want to do that if you think that it's boring? I'm not looking for challenge. I'm looking for the need of INTERACTIVITY which was lost in 4.0, while doing STORY (not reapeatable) content . And is you seemingly do not comprehend the point of H2 repeatables : They are ment for 2 newbie players who don't know what they are doing, but together they are able to beat it , or 1 experienced player who knows how to use his abilities and is able to beat it solo through smart play.
  12. I was able to beat best on Oricon just by interrupting in in 2.5 patch in 148 gear, and every time untill 4.0 . I will try to so so abaind just to see waht is the situation now.
  13. If that+s really what's happening than buff the presence bonus and make the LvL 50 companions way more powerful, but leave level 1-10 companions as they are.
  14. Majority is actually in game and is playing it ,instead of those dosen that are whining around the forums how the game suddenly became impossible, while thinking that they constitute any important part of the player base.
  15. And how is that nerfing made playing of pure solo story missions between cutscenes hard or impossible?
