we need some mods for stuff like this...

I do have Force Bending so that helps with the chance that it triggers, do you get ample notification on your bar or in combat that it has "Triggered" and is ready for use?

I am getting close to where I can grab "Force Surge" on the Healing tree. This ability allows Inervate Crits to have a 50%/100% chance for consumption to activate w/o any force degen. or health loss----here is my question, is this a passive ability that automatically "Procs" Consumption or is it a something that I have to see highlighted on my hotkey bar as available for use?
