Well, i haven't given up hope to progress to MM flashpoint to acquire better (blue) gear thought i'm not up to the challenge yet (and the fiends i play with are in a worse situation when it comes to gear) so i'll keep the 10% goal in mind, just not as a super high priority

Pretty simple question for which i can't seem to find an answer due to all guides being so focussed on master mode operations. How much accuracy do i need if i'm not doing those MM operations? All guides say +10% because ops bosses have 10% evasion but how much for MM flashpoints? How much for uprisings? Should i just ignore acc if i'm not doing ops (that would make reaching a decent crit value wayyyy easier with those green gear) or should i still aim for some (5%, 10% still)???

I tried to buy an eternal championship Blaster Rifle for another toon cause i like the look of it and eternal championship gear is displayed as "Bind on Legacy" both on the vendor inventory and in mine but when i try to put it in my legacy storage i get an error message saying that it's bound
