Well with no maintenance tonight on the usual Tuesday, they will probably deploy 1.4 later this week. My guess will be Thursday so it is right before the weekend. BW did state that it would be out by the end of the month and this is the last week left.

I am still online and playing, got hit with the major lag spikes. Login server may be down atm since guildies who restarted the game can't get back in. There is a sticky about the lag issues and they know about it. Some servers have gone down.

I am just wondering if my server would get fatman. My guild and our few large guild allies were about 30% of the active number of our origin server already moved to fatman 1-3 months ago in stages. Others even earlier than that. We already have our guilds up and running. I just hope they take things like this into account.

No advanced details??? Everybody knows that if you went to fatman already that you're screwed and will probably have to wait till paid transfers come in. If you already have characters on a server that is a server, that will remain up you should be allowed to transfer there. Our guild moved about a month ago to fatman and several others re-rolled there even earlier. BW: way to punish those who have kept playing when we couldn't transfer our characters in the first place. Apologies for not making it sound like you are slapping us in the face fall on deaf ears... You're going to lose more people than you are trying to help. This is a huge flaw in your reasoning... The fact that it keeps bugging out on you means that you haven't seen the best solutions for them. In terms of EV we had south start and north keeps steady pace right behind the south. South stops after locking the 3rd and let north lock the 4th first and then south follows. It has never bugged since we have done it that way. Make sure that if you wipe after the first boss, the raid leader needs to reset the instance.

I do think that the game needs a total rework of the pvp system now. Complete roll backs for some stats should be considered or the system reworked where valor is no longer a stat. IMO the gear situation from just doing ilum dailies for free need to be reset. All gear taken away and they thing just redone. I myself took advantage of this and found myself seeing the game as not fun because of this. There is no real truely rewarding experience than getting something you actually deserve through hard work. BW just scrap pvp gear and the system all together till things get reworked. Take everything away and come up with a system that truely works. At least PvE gear is earned properly. Hope this was a lesson you learned and this should have never happened due to other MMOs having the same issues. Protection "police/guard" units in bases should not be tankable or destroyable. Just make them all world bosses with no loot lol.

/signed I totally agree that making things that are Bind on Pickup/on build with requirements ruins that game. In this case more than ever. A nerf is not what is needed here at all. Currently there is no market for anything built after 50 because of this. So crafting in any profession is totally useless after this point except for personal BoP crafting. This is the envy issue that is causing allt he fuss. Same thing with speeders on cybertech, why are they bind after being built when there is a speeder tab on the GTN. 1. JUST MAKE EVERYTHING BIND ON EQUIP WITH NO SKILL REQUIREMENTS. 2. ADD MORE HIGH END THINGS FOR OTHER CRAFTING SKILLS THAT ARE RAID GEAR QUALITY. If everyone has the chance to get something without having skill crafting reqs., then its fair for everyone. This is the only thing that is not balanced right now. Nerfing the items themselves will make crafting not worth the trouble for high end items and ruin the idea of maxing crafting in the first place. Bioware, if you take incentives away then you ruin your own game. After you get into raid gear than the Rakata Medpack will heal you for maybe half after the HP buff from the gear. So are we hearing the whole truth about it being OP at end-game???

Wow dude, sounds like if it is not a technical issue with invites going out to what Bioware said (in code redemption order) then they are breaking their own contracts with players. Could this mean legal actions coming? People getting in that preorder after other people when preorders started sounds really fishy. We had an issue with STO and getting stuff with prelaunch. Even with the "fine print" protecting them Cryptic still had to refund a lot of money for people that didn't get what they were supposed to for prelaunch. Advertising laws... Can be a pain.
