@ OP In WoW you have "open" zones and "forest / cavern" zones In Tor we have (mind you I have not done all planets yet): Tython (Open nature themed zone) Corruscant (Compact sprawling metropolitan zone) Tatooine (Open Desert zone) Nar Shaddaa (Compact urban zone) Taris ( Open / Urban zone depends more where you are at) Etc. Seems to me that Tor has more variety to it. Just because you did not like the feel of for example corruscant does not mean there are not zones that make you feel like you are actually out in the open. If nothing Tor did it job well if you feel like it's not open on a planet on corruscant or Nar shadda because it's SUPPOSED to feel like that.

I'm sorry but that just NOT a valid point. Fact : Other MMO's have European & American Servers. Their maintenance are done in the off peaks of both regions meaning night time on weekdays. No matter what anybody would claim, 10 AM CET to 17 PM CET is NOT off peak hours. And no matter how many time that Bioware / EA claims that this is because it's a global service this is simply not true. The European servers are in Ireland. So their maintenance should be done by a team their during the off peak hours aka nighttime. There is an easy resolve to all of this. Maintenance during nigh time. To me this just seems like a fatal oversight on Bioware / EA 's account that they did not have a server team ready for the official launch and now both american and european servers are probably being done by the same team in america. You're paying european customers (who contrary to believe on the other continent) are not a small percentage of you're player base are being getting the short end of the stick and they are not putting up with it. Seeing how these posts just keep growing I sincerely hope that they are already working on this. Long story short, Bioware / EA made a mistake and they need to get a dedicated European server team up quickly. Make it happen !

You know what would solve this ... Having NA servers their maintenance in the hours that they are there now and doing the European servers ALSO at night when it's actually night in Europe. I know a lot of people are indeed at work during the hours when they are down in Europe. But what about those that don't work on Tuesday ? People who work in retail and their day of happens to be Tuesday ? It's not something impossible or even drastic even. BW can't honestly say that 10-11 CET to 16-17 CET is lower in population than 5-6 CET to 11-12 CET during weekdays. I'm just really bummed out that the maintenance is during my free day. But hey, it's not the end of the world. However I just can't agree with the Europeans being down during the day while these maintenance should be being doing at night. And not night in America, night here in Europe so you're paying customers are not losing 6 hours of playtime. Now if these longer "day" maintenance's are just for the time being since they are still working out kinks with the official launch just a week ago, I'm fine with that. IF we evolve to let's say 10-11 CET to 12-13 CET That's more reasonable. So conclusion : Bioware, please give us a message that these long maintenance's are just temporary and they will get shorter & shorter so we only "lose" a few hours of playtime instead of 6 during the week OR Start doing the European maintenance during night time CET You're paying customers with their Tuesday offday will appreciate it Thank You
