  1. I clicked on the get started link and have the client installed. When I login it still has it showing as play greyed out. Help!!!
  2. Now that was a horrible launch. They had to fly Oracle engineers from VA to CA to fix the database.
  3. That says it all Bioware. Grow a pair and let us all in now.
  4. Have a friend who said that if they don't get you in they break their Consumer Guarantees Act and the law. http://www.consumer.org.nz/reports/consumer-guarantees-act He was saying even WoW was afraid on pre-order launching do to this act.
  5. /agree We should have definitely been told about this beforehand. And if some of us don't get in by the games launch, there will be hell to pay.
  6. This does not bode well at all if someone who registered in the first group had to wait until the 3rd wave to get in.
  7. It's mid morning now and you are still only on two waves??
  8. This is kinda true. It might have motivated people to order earlier or at least give notice that this was going to happen. Complaints are warranted about this: they've had years of development on this and there is just no reason why they can't handle an infrastructure like this now. We are "only" talking about maybe a million. That other game has 10x as much.
  9. Bioware needs to keep us constantly updated during the day on Twitter or something.
  10. 1. Yes, having to create "waves" of access based on the date you happened to pre-order the game is idiotic and goes against even their own testing in beta. 2. No, everyone should just chill and just realize that the want this to be a flawless launch (nothing like WoW) and not tax the network and servers too much.
