Hello There, I reached top 3 guardian in solo ranked pvp season 12, with 1619 rating and 201 wins. I received the automated gold rewards at the start of season 13, and was never banned/reset in any season of ranked pvp ever. I never server transferred, or changed my character's name. My guardian is named Cryø, I have the #1 guardian spot in solo ranked pvp season 12. You can check the leaderboards last season to validate. I've been subbed since launch, and had no issues like this until now. I am one of the most active players. Lately I've been having to spend more time trying to get in contact with customer service to receive my top 3 rewards, than I have been actually being able to play the game. I was supposed to be, "Cryø The Cunning Guardian" yesterday. I grinded hard last season, and met all the top 3 requirements. Please send me the rewards I earned. Hello there, I'm unable to close any of my in game tickets, "There was a problem closing your ticket. Please try again later."When I try again later I get the same message. I need to create a new ticket, but can't since, "You have exceeded the maximum number of tickets that can be opened at this time." So can you please close the existing tickets listed below. Thanks.
