  1. I think what gets me the most is that we can't wear hoods... but if we get a helm that fits a "humanoid" face, our lekku completely disappear... so... uh.. why can't we just do that for hoods? If my Twi'lek can shove all that lekku into a helm thats skin tight, I'm pretty sure it can hide them in a hood. : /
  2. Well Twitter confirms, 4 waves today and thats all. They will continue early access throughout the week. http://twitter.com/#!/SWTOR Thats all she wrote folks.
  3. Facebook SWTOR page just posted: "The third wave of Early Game Access emails have been sent, one more to go!" Thinking this means only one more wave of folks today... Sadface. Oh well.
  4. I think a lot of people are forgetting that early access wasn't supposed to start until the 15th, and the fact that it is on the 13th means we should definitely expect some delays. Howver, another bluepost update about the waves would always be appreciated. (For example a bluepost for each wave... since there are people claiming to be on wave 3...) We're all impatient because we're excited about the game and its easy to get upset. This thread is the digital representation for that. For all the people shrieking that they've pre-ordered and redemeed their code, but it says they havent please, for the love of god, venture through some of the older posts because this has been addressed several times. But in case you don't want to, if you go to My Account >> Preorder and your screen says: "You redeemed your Pre-Order Code and now are registered for the following items: Early Game Access Color Stone (Virtual Item) Download Game Client You can now download the game client and patch the game. Watch for an email invitation from The Old Republic team to begin your Early Access." Then you'll get early access. The other code you are seeing mentioned in the Redeem Code section, is in reference to the game confirmation code that will come on the Physical/Digital copy of your game on the 20th. You do not have to have (and in fact cannot have) a subscription set up until this point. This also has no bearing on your ability to play the early access. Overall I'm checking back and forth between Facebook, guild page, and this forum to look for any new information. Though this thread is moving so fast that 5 new pages are added before I'm finished looking through 1. I have two guildies in on Iron Citadel at the moment, congrats to them, though I slightly hate 1 right now because he played for 20 minutes and went to work. Both of them pre-ordered the first day. I pre-ordered August 2, so we'll see how it goes. I am still disinclined to belive the people who claimed to have pre-ordered in the last month and are in the early access. I believe the word is Troll my dears.
  5. If your account says something to the effect of: " You redeemed your Pre-Order Code and now are registered for the following items: Early Game Access Color Stone (Virtual Item) Download Game Client You can now download the game client and patch the game. Watch for an email invitation from The Old Republic team to begin your Early Access." You are pre-ordered and eligible for early game access. The other code entry refers to the key you recieve on release day from your digital or physical copy of the game and has no bearing on your early access
  6. Everyone has the same ready to patch date. Go buy the pre-order date.
  7. The product registration will come with your physical or digital copy of the game. Its not necessary for the early access redemption. If you go My Account >> Preorder and it says something like: "You redeemed your Pre-Order Code and now are registered for the following items: Early Game Access Color Stone (Virtual Item) Download Game Client You can now download the game client and patch the game. Watch for an email invitation from The Old Republic team to begin your Early Access." You'll eventually recieve and e-mail saying that you have early access. Subscriptions won't be set up until actual game release, as we don't need them during the free early access.
  8. 10 people in the first wave? TROLOLOLOLOL. The servers have been listed as medium populations, some even have been listed as full, after the second wave of early access. I have at least two guildies on Iron Citadel atm, and if what you're saying is true they're some lucky bastids.
  9. I'm in complete agreement with the above. Granted I'm going to grumble if I can't get in until tomorrow, but I can at least stop obsessively checking my e-mail. Its a game I realize this, its not the "I NEED TO PLAY RIGHT NOW" its the "what if I could be playing right now? better check my e-mail" thats going to kill me before the day is out. Thanks for the bluepost, but it doesn't fully alleviate this OCD need to keep refreshing my e-mail, my guild page, and the facebook SWTOR page. Also, I'm highly disinclined to believe that if Bioware is saying that its based on when we redeemed our codes that the people claiming to have redeemed earlier this month and are getting in are telling the truth. Trolls troll, don't feed them.
