I don't feel misled in any way. They are doing exactly what they said they were doing. They even threw in a few extra days. What I am though is disappointed. Through no fault of my own an error on my account delayed my code redemption by a week, so I won't get in until tomorrow. I realize I'll still be getting in a day earlier then we were originally told, still, my friends are playing and I'm not. It's hard not to feel just a little disappointed.

Probably because they've said repeatedly that they won't and can't provide specifics, yet people keep asking anyways.

The security key vendor is different then the CE vendor. The security vendor isn't even in the VIP lounge.

Reposted from old topic with more detail (not that anyone cares, I just need to vent): My original pre-order code was entered at ~4am EST on July 22nd. I should be playing right now. However a glitch somewhere on your end deactivated the code and support wasn't able to reactivate it, they just passed the blame off to Amazon. Which is funny because I believe I saw a tweet from SR that Amazon has no access to the database. So anyways, I had to create a new account and enter a new pre-order code, which I did on July 29th. Long story short, I've lost 5 hours of early access and counting, and judging by the waves so far it could stretch through tomorrow.

The following item will arrive after December 25, 2011. Shipping Estimate Wednesday December 21, 2011 Delivery Estimate: Thursday December 22, 2011 - Tuesday December 27, 2011 Guess $25 for "Priority International Courier" shipping wasn't enough to get it out the door on the release day...
