  1. In star wars lore, there have been human twi'lek and human miralian hybrids, plus a couple others I think. In SWTOR, we should get a hybrid cosmetic pack. "Hybrids who were half-and-half, with each parent a full member of a different species, could look wildly different despite having the same basic genetic makeup. In the case of Twi'lek-human hybrids, Shaeeah Lawquane looked almost fully Twi'lek, with her mottled skin color the only giveaway to her hybrid physiology, while her brother Jek possessed both lekku and eyebrows,[1] which full male Twi'leks lacked.[2] Jacen Syndulla, however, looked almost completely human apart from bright green hair and a slight green tint in parts of his skin, notably the tips of his ears.[3]" - https://starwars.fandom.com/wiki/Hybrid So please make a hybrid cosmetic pack, which includes mottled skin, twi'lek skin color matched hair colors, human ears for females, eyebrows for males, and maybe some other stuff for miralians too.
  2. Hear me out. In star wars lore, hybrids exist. Twi'lek/humans, Miralian/human, etc. "Hybrids who were half-and-half, with each parent a full member of a different species, could look wildly different despite having the same basic genetic makeup. In the case of Twi'lek-human hybrids, Shaeeah Lawquane looked almost fully Twi'lek, with her mottled skin color the only giveaway to her hybrid physiology, while her brother Jek possessed both lekku and eyebrows,[1] which full male Twi'leks lacked.[2] Jacen Syndulla, however, looked almost completely human apart from bright green hair and a slight green tint in parts of his skin, notably the tips of his ears.[3]" So we already have colored human hair. My suggestion is to make a hybrid pack which provides mottled skin for twi'leks, eyebrows for males, AND humanoid ears for females. Maybe even faint tufts of skin color matched hair. All these things can be easily added to skin colors, complexions, and headbands (for the ears and hair). Second thing is we just need to be able to reverse the second force training. Despite my best efforts to plan ahead, I accidentally got confused about which character I was working on, and selected the wrong secondary class, and im stuck with it now, on one of my primary characters. Its quite disastrous. I realized my mistake within a few seconds of making it... but too late. Im not the only one. Please expand this feature.
  3. Just updated to 5.1.2 and viola! I'm getting the pink load screen of death! Looked it up online and found something that claims repeatedly deleting a food called disk cache arena will temporarily fix the problem, but I have no such file on my computer. Can anyone help?
  4. A long time ago someone made a suggestion for ship launch sequence. They and I dislike the fact that using the ship door launches you into space, or lands you ship from space. To make matters worse, there are missions where I must speak with a companion on my ship, then immediacy return to the planet. It is ridiculous that I launch my ship every time I want to step on board. What the other guy might not have known is that in KOTOR, boarding your ship did NOT launch you into space! I would like to see SWTOR updated to be more like KOTOR, and I know just the perfect way. Control Yokes. Adding a new activatable object to player ship cockpits. For those unaware, a control yoke is that big Y shaped wheel on a stick that airliners have. In SWTOR, activating the control yoke would launch the ship into orbit, or if already in orbit, it would land the ship on the planet or station or airlock. Of course, this would require adding new views outside the ship windows for all the planets it docks with. Not a big job as far as I can tell. Here is a link to the original post. http://www.swtor.com/community/showthread.php?t=303397&highlight=Ship+launch
  5. For anyone not sure what artifacts are, here is a video of what they look like. Enjoy the background commentary. 😝
  6. I can try and provide a video of it happening.
  7. WTH DUDE the "OP's" issue is NOT initially separate from what the AMD cards are doing! THEY ARE DOING EXACTLY THE SAME THING! All of us are experiencing the exact same artifacts under very similar circumstances.
  8. Yep I know it's below minimum, and yet it's been working beautifully. Obviously I have to turn my graphics settings super low and ugly to manage proper game play, but everything was working fine and dandy. I know my graphics are probably integrated but the JD 3000 does have 256. Honestly I didn't think the game would work on my machine when I downloaded it but it worked. No hitches and no glitches. Until now. So it is inescapably clear this is not a fault in my machine. It's a fault in the patch. Now if only other super low end machines were having this problem then I'd be listening when u point out that I'm below system minimums. But that's not the case so I only wanna hear one thing. "Bioware is aware of this issue which was cause by a (likely rushed) new update, and they are working on a fix for the **** fest they created".
  9. Good on you mate. I'm considering UN subbing as well.
  10. This happens to me too on occasion. Very annoying.
  11. I'm on an Intel HD 3000, the settings don't matter. Tried everything from absolute base settings to absolute max and still feel like I'm walking through yuon par's archeology site. 🤓 More suggestions welcome but I'm pretty sure I've tried it all at this point.
  12. I just logged in to check if they fixed these issues in the 5.0a patch, but everything is still bugged. They need to hire an archeologist to get rid of all these artifacts. 🤓
  13. I'm having exactly the same issue just as everyone is describing it, and the issue is still present after the 5.0a patch.
  14. Ever since the updates I and other players have been experiencing screen artifacts. I have updated drivers, followed troubleshooting, but nothing has worked. I believe the is probably an issue with the update, not my computer. When will it be fixed? Edit Windows 10, 64 bit, non streaming client, Intel HD 3000 GPU, core i5 processor, 8gb ram, basically I'm in a late 2011 MacBook Pro running boot camp. All other games running beautifully. SWTOR issues started only after 5.0. Edit:
  15. Same exact issue with my game too, ever since the patch. I tried everything I know to do, updated my drivers and all that. No help. Must be a patch problem. Hope they fix it tomorrow morning with 5.0a.
