No, I definitely added it to my character in collections. But when I go to the collections menu to add to all characters (account) and click the button; nothing happens.

Just bought the Daggerstar using my galactic season tokens hoping to add to all characters via collections. But when I go to push the (purchase for all characters) button, nothing happens. I understand this is a bug for people who got the mount as a sub reward, but they get a copy in the mail for all characters. People who got it from the vendor do not. So did I just waste my tokens? Or is this a bug that will hopefully be fixed after 4 years?

Yeah, free server transfers would be awesome.
