  1. No. Me and a guildie reached valor rank 60 the same day and had the same amount of battlemaster bags. I got ONE battlemaster commendation and he got 7, that's right... i only got one. Endgame is too bugged, too easy and too short. We killed Karagga's Palace on nightmare mode 3 times now and haven't recieved a single chest for it. Praying the puzzle game doesn't bug is retarded, since it tends to bug you have to reset the instance and do the *********** trash again just to see it bug again. 9 days left on my current subsciption after cancelling.
  2. I have 9 days left, that's my excuse. Waiting on Guild Wars 2
  3. The SWTOR fanboy stench is strong in this one, topic starter is right.
  4. Sorry but that's not true in my case with my OCZ Agility 3. My average loading times are 15 seconds unless you're talking about tatooine or quesh (spelling ?) it's about 25 seconds there. Much faster than my normal HDD anyway.
  5. Oh that's such "bull droppings" and you know it. They always responded to players on the forums and had great community service, ever since the game first came out. I've reached valor rank 60+ and cleared everything on Nightmare Mode, the only thing that was a challenge was praying a boss wouldn't bug out and ruin it so we had to go back outside, reset and clear the trash again which ruined the 2 hour clear codex achievement. The engine is completely ***** and demands too high system requirements, if i can't play the game on max with solid FPS on a 6970, what is expected ? Leveling was fun, alot more fun than in World of Warcraft but once you've seen it you've seen it all and it's absolutely not encouraging to roll an alt due to the fact that once you're 50, you're back to being bored wit buggy content. Every time they do a hotfix it screws Europeans as it's right in our daytime. Do we get a compensation ? ofcourse not, appearently we're thanked for our patience and that's it. The patch notes are false, stuff doesn't get fixed and if one thing gets fixed (let's say SoA's electric balls) another thing buggs, such as the platform being only half there making it near impossible as platforms are missing while trying to jump. People have been complaining about the PvP system since beta, on both the forums and through tickets. There was no response on the forums (shocking!) and tickets got a copy paste response. It's way too random. Some have a full champion set before they're rank 30 and others such as myself are still missing 3 pieces by the time they reach rank 60, amazing! What did they do right ? Like i said, the conversations in missions, it's great the first time you play it. It doesn't matter if WoW is 7 years older than swtor as swtor should be right up there with them, learning from the mistakes other mmo's made and preventing themselves from messing up the same way at which they sadly failed. I had very high expectations of this game like many others, but got dissapointed greatly.
  6. I just accepted my 7 day free time in WoW, that game has really improved over the last 7 months. Not to mention i'm actualy above 60 FPS when running it on max settings on my 6970 as opposed to the pathetic 25 FPS i'm getting in SWTOR. Had a look on the forums, Blizzard employees actualy RESPOND and go head to head with a discussion, they explain what they did and how they did it, if not what they plan on doing about it. They had a hotfix not too long ago, the servers where down for a whole... 15 seconds! and it was in the middle of the night for European members. I'm quite done with WoW, but it should be one hell of a role model for this game.
  7. Guild Wars 2 is in beta atm, just hang on a few more months.
  8. Looks like we have two heroes here considering even those with a quad core and a 6970 are having FPS issues.
  9. "Cannot use this ability while fighting" "Unknown Spell Effect" <Stands and nothing happens> Yep, love cover.
  10. Guild Wars 2 is in beta, just hold on a few more months.
  11. -The least amount of people play at midnight for Europeans just as it does for the United States, the fact that they don't create seprate maintenance times is stupid, there's no other way to put it. The servers wouldn't explode as, when it's down for the US there won't be enough players on EU servers to cause this to happen. -A smartphone costs more than the security key, how is this "free" ? -Making a post with a story doesn't equal proper communication, it would be if they actualy responded to people's responses rather then keeping it silent or simply giving us the "Sorry this thread is going to be locked" copy paste reponse. -How can you compare Starcraft 2 to SWTOR ? Comparing a strategy game to an mmo isn't how this game is played, want to compare SWTOR to World of Warcraft's community communication ? Didn't think so, because we both know who wins on that department.
  12. There is none, he had a different armor prolly for a sub class.
  13. You're right, MMO's came out with bugs but atleast the Developers took care of them quickly and fixed the bugs as soon as possible instead of "fixing" them and making them even worse or creating even more bugs that weren't even there before.
  14. If i was the developer of this game i'd work so hard trying to fix all these bugs the sweat would be running down my ***. There's so many it's completely ruining the game experience in both PvE and PvP. The patch notes indicate several are fixed, however once ingame one can easily see the fix that was mentioned isn't fixed at all. It's either giving another problem or it simply persists. Very sadly i will cancel my subscription for next month as i don't find myself enjoying the game any longer. The PvP gearing system is flawed, luck based and unfair. The PvE content is too easy (even though i quite enjoyed Kaon Under Siege but that's it), even the so called "Nightmare Mode" is extremely far from being an actual challenge. Illum had potential but has been completely destroyed, it was better before than it is now especially when i see guilds on my server trade kills, getting players to hit rank 60 in a single day which is absolutely pathetic considering i had to spend weeks getting mine. There is absolutely zero communication between BioWare and the community, customers such as myself feel ignored and underapreciated. Americans are getting a huge advantage over European players. Even though we pay for the same (heck we even pay more!) we're getting terrible maintenance times and we have to pay 6 times as much for the security key in order to protect our account which should be something that's encouraged rather then shoo'd away due to the high price. The Customer Service is one of the worst i have ever experienced as it, once again, lacks proper communication. The Hero Engine seems to be terrible, even with a AMD 6950 it's extremely choppy in crowded areas (think illum, pvp in general) and i'm getting 20 FPS tops on a lucky day. And the list goes on and on. I'm hugely dissapointed BioWare.
  15. Don't worry Guild Wars 2 is currently in beta, soon!
