  1. If at any time you minimized or tabbed out of the window - Yes, a dozen times How long you have been in this state - Got in after ~15 minutes If the loading icon in the corner is spinning - Was spinning every time I tabbed in to check
Mvh
  4. So, in an attempt to add less whine and more win to this thread, here's some pictures of my Gunslinger. Also, I have to correct my last post above slightly. The game isn't full of ugly smuggler armour, I can agree on that the dock worker look is kind of classy, and I suppose a space cowboy can look cool unless the area is flooded with them. It's just the somewhat thin supply of alternatives that's a bit bothering at times. Good thing there is a few after all: Captain Arbitrary, standard pose with weapons drawn. His back turned, a sharpshooter exposed. (Spoiler Alert?) .
  5. Wow, that sucks. I thought it was only the vendor that was gone. Nvm, there's no chance I would have received that q-reward as I avoided the event the best I could. I suppose I should learn from this. I'm close as it is to abandoning my smuggler due to fuggly armor. At least now I have faith, they know how to make armor equipable by smugglers look good so it's only a matter of time then.
  6. And where can I do that? I mean, I know the event is over, but can I still do the quest to obtain the armor?
  7. Where did you find that chestpiece?
  8. I think it could be safe to change the topic to: I Bet There Are More Sorcerers on 1 Server Than Smugglers on ALL Servers Combined Or at least just as many. To me it seems like Slingers are less common than Scoundrels though. Not that it matters, and perhaps it's just my server. Though I have been seeing a few low levelled smugglers lately. Also, did I mention that I think this is a really good thing? I love being the least played class!
  9. I second this. Or some users out there are having another unknown bug or whatever that gimps their texture, because I have never encountered anything as low quality as that poor armour on that trooper (or whatever class it is, resolution is to crappy to tell) on the speeder. I have clearly seen difference in texture quality on different pieces of gear, but nothing as bad as that. That's just.. Wow.. Feel sorry if you are playing on "high" resolution and that is what you see. My "high" resolution is not as good as I wanted it to be, but it's better than that. As I will most likely miss any potential reply to this post, feel free to send me a message and I will supply you with screens on how it looks for me.
  10. This is what makes me confused. While I do understand the problem described in topic; I have no problems at all with that ability (or more exact, its counterpart on the Jedi Knight - Master Strike). It was the first ability I came to think of when reading the OP, and as far as I have experienced it works, and if I fire off another spell after the global cooldown is done, but before the 3 second channel-time is finished, Master Strike gets interrupted; the animation stops, the channelled damage stops and the animation of the new spell starts. Just as one would expect it to work. I'm pretty sure most of my characters animations stops when I fire off a new spell, as long as the global cooldown is done. I will of course look deeper into it, but I can't really relate to magnitude of the problem that some people in this thread seem to experience. Why does it seem to work one way for some people, and another way for others? It's almost as if the right code is there, but it doesn't work for everyone. Makes me believe that this is indeed a bug, and not the way the game is supposed to work.
  11. Yes thank you for this update. But having to wait several hours, added with your nice little feature "Internal server error" that automatically disconnects you after being afk for too long (at least for as long as it takes to get something to eat ~ 10-20 mins) making you have to wait several hours AGAIN. Had it not been for the fact that me and my guild was assigned to the red eclipse right from the start, maybe I had not bothered whining, but you sent us there on day 1, now we have characters getting close to 35, I mean, "don't hesitate to try to log onto another server" (or whatever tip someone staff posted somewhere else), that's an insult for crying out loud!
  12. The only way I can find your complaint valid is if there actually was family invites etc. and if those family invites did nothing but snatch catchy names. Sounds likely? No? I'm sorry, but they have been honest about the rules for early access right from the start, and if someone redeemed their code before you, and got access before you, they have the right to register desired character names before you. No matter. I'm surprised if you didn't realize this until now, I mean, surely you knew about early access when you ordered. I got access in the third wave, and what do you know, my name was taken. Or at least unavailable. I wanted a smuggler named Nemo. Can you imagine how catchy that is? "Captain Nemo". Also I have to replace the F5-key on my gaming board. Is this Biowares fault too?
