  1. Bump. Still looking for the right raiding guild in preparation for the new expansion. Please contact me via Discord (info in OP). Thank you!
  2. Apologies if anybody attempted to reach out to me, I had the wrong Discord information here! It is now updated. Hello. I am looking for a guild that primarily focuses on HM or NiM raiding, preferably republic faction. I’m used to small-scale guilds so looking for something similar. Not too keen on sitting on a bench or just being a number for conquest guilds. I am an experienced raider, tank main but can do dps and heals as well and I am versatile with every class in the game. I have the most experience tanking, and have cleared most HM operations (including TOS & Rav, did not finish VotMG or Dxun) as a tank. Hit me up on Discord @ Wilgard#6811. I do not check these forums often so that is the best way to reach me.
  3. The gold cartel market item, "Intelligence Officer Belt", does not have a slot to insert a dye module. It only has a slot for armoring and mods. Every piece of the Intelligence Officer armor set is capable of having a dye inserted except the belt. Below is two links, the first link showing the workbench page for the Intelligence Officer Belt (piece without Dye slot), and the second link the workbench page for the Intelligence Officer Bracers (same armor set; this piece has a available Dye slot). https://i.imgur.com/WWxaCGK.jpg https://i.imgur.com/k2rGCzP.png
  4. Yes, it is true that the above mentioned two expansions dropped the listed new content. However, it is important to note that this was not all at once and was over the course of 2-3 years for both expansions, if I recall correctly. The amount of released information we have seen for Legacy of the Sith is still minimal. There could be more that drops at the start of 7.x, there could not. But comparing the base expansion material that has been released thus far to two fully released expansions is illogical. Though the possibility that similar amounts of content may drop over the course of Legacy of the Sith, I for one will not be keeping my hopes up that such will happen. Would be nice to see though.
  5. The type of chestpiece you're looking for (being the Ardent Blade, hood-down and without the barf bag) is available in-game, however it is a lot more rare than it was last expansion. https://torf.mmo-fashion.com/devout-overseer/ It's called Devout Overseer, it doesn't have the same dye scheme but you can replicate it fairly well with the pale red / light brown dye. The set is rare nowadays since that exact set is now unobtainable; anything that is still floating around is most likely on the GTN. It is *maybe* possible to obtain a green / blue rarity (not modifiable) version of this armor as a drop from random mobs at level 75, as the random junk armor that drops nowadays has the same skins of armor sets (like Devout Overseer) from last expansion. I have not seen that set in particular drop, but it is very well possible. Happy hunting!
  6. With patch 6.1 today, new set bonuses have been added into the Spoils of War section of achievements: - Fulminating Defense (Assuming Guardian / Jugg and maybe related to the counter on Challenging Call) - Comet Champion (Mara?) - Unyielding Protector (Consular / Inquisitor) - Armor of Superiority (Smuggler / Agent) - Restorative Drive (Trooper / BH) I'm assuming that new tactical items may have been implemented as well, but I have difficulty looking at the list in achievements. How will these new set bonuses be acquired, seeing as none of them are on the vendors as of right now? Are they tied to the Master Mode version of Dxun that's to be released sometime soon?
  7. If I had to guess these items will be added in at a future time, most likely next week or the week after. The Dashing Rogue armor set, and Gambler's Luck blaster pistol were the same thing. The Furious Gladiator set, weapons and other stuff were released at the start of December and these items were released a little bit after. Just wait it out and these items will come out, like I said within the next couple of weeks.
  8. Headpieces like circlets, face masks and rebreathers would have to be remodeled entirely in order to work on the various Nautolan heads, something which most likely, just like helmets for Togrutas, will never happen. If anything, it would be much easier to do this for Togrutas as their heads are the equivalent of all the other playable species (equivalent on the grounds that the base head, minus the lekku, are same as other species). However, Nautolan heads are entirely unique to that race only and I doubt BW would spend the money to remodel the current headpieces in the game for the species. If they hadn’t done so already with the Togruta species, then they won’t with Nautolans.
  9. I would very much like to see a return of these two armor set models, as the other six Kell Dragon sets made a return with update 6.0: Onslaught. https://torf.mmo-fashion.com/kell-dragon-weaponmaster-challenger-war-leader-vindicator-pub/ https://torf.mmo-fashion.com/kell-dragon-weaponmaster-challenger-war-leader-vindicator-imp/ The only method of obtaining anything similar to these original sets is the underworld, bound-to-legacy reskins available from heroic crates. However, these sets do not have the animated effects that these older sets have. Seeing how all the other Kell Dragon sets have made a return, it would be nice to see these models return as well. I've a hunch that, if anything, these two models may return on the Cartel Market but I'd be happy to spend cartel coins to get my hands on them.
  10. Hold onto any shells you may use for outfits, and sell the rest to clear up inventory / cargo space. Their set bonuses are obselete and will not give any effects once a player reaches level 75. All of the Masterwork equipment (252 and 258 rating equipment) that drops from content between level 70-74 is BoE (Bind on Equip), so you can sell it on the GTN to build up a stock of credits which is a necessity for gearing at level 75. Some of the old equipment (Masterwork, Eternal Commander) have lookalike set bonus armor sets available for purchase at level 75. You may even receive some of these pieces from the gear boxes that drop from completing PvE or PvP content (whichever is your preference). If you like the appearance of the GEMINI / Iokath armor sets, hold onto those. Sell them to a vendor if not, and do the same with the Eternal Commander armor sets. Sell any Masterwork pieces you obtain when leveling alts from level 70-74 on the GTN if you don't plan on using it for outfit designer. I have found that Masterwork pieces can generate up to a few million credits each (On Star Forge; I am unaware of their going rates on the other servers). These credits will help out a lot at level 75 since all pieces of gear, regardless of purchasing from Kai Zyyken or the class vendors will cost you upwards of a million credits per piece.
  11. I feel that the nerf to companions and a bump in solo content difficulty was inevitable. Companions have been overperforming ever since 4.0 with the overhaul to companions. At the end of the last expansion (5.10), some companions were dealing upwards of 8k dps, which towers over the dps capabilities of a large majority of the casual playerbase. The same was happening with healing companions. Did this need to change? I don't think so. Solo and casual players are easily the largest population of SW:ToR's playerbase and bumping up the difficulty for players who enjoy doing content such as heroic missions or solo flashpoints was a bad decision. Not all players have the desire to follow tight, high dps rotations or ramp up their APM's to have a damage, threat or heal output the likes of hardcore raiders or pvp-ers. These things should not be expected of casual players who want to do solo / story content. The game's PvE content is broken up into three difficulties, and story mode material should be easy enough for any player to do solo with a companion and meidcal drops. I am personally a hardcore player. I like engaging in the difficult content that the game has to offer, and do not find my performance being altered by the bump in difficulty. However I do not account for other players who have been affected by these changes and do not wish to speak for others; only myself. I think that these changes to companions' performance have been a long time coming, but difficulty bumps should have been placed onto the more difficult modes in the game, not story mode or solo content. Casual players should have the ability to run heroics, solo / veteran flashpoints and other story content without having to worry about their capability of defeating groups of enemies or a boss at the end of a mission. Although companions were overperforming in some aspects, they allowed casual players to enjoy doing what they want to do, whereas now with the bump in difficulty some form of strategy is required to clear even the easiest of content.
  12. Class Role: Jedi Guardian Spec: Focus (DPS) Toggled Role: Focus Guardian (Not "Current Discipline") Current Item Rating: 306 Location Item was Received: Veteran Mode Operation, Annihilator Droid XRR-3 (First boss of Eternity Vault) Exact Item Received: Lord of Pain Gauntlets (Guardian Tank set bonus) Note that I was the only Jedi Guardian in the operations group; The only tank in the group was a Jedi Shadow.
  13. I have yet to receive the cartel coins that I purchased before the weekend when the processing system was down. Since then, I've gotten my monthly grant for my subscription, but have not received the 1,000 cartel coins I purchased around 2 am EST on Friday, November 1st. Is there any updates as to when these cartel coins are going to be released? Thank you.
  14. This is currently affecting me as well. I purchased cartel coins around 1am EST this morning, and when I attempted to purchase some more around 2am EST I had received email confirmation, saw the transactions on my bank account, but did not receive my cartel coins. I received the cartel coins from around 1am, just not the ones from the 2am time. If I recall correctly, this does happen from time to time and they will eventually release the cartel coins to us. I'm in no rush to get 'em, but I can understand if this is inconvenient for others, especially if the coins are being purchased for the 1-day sale items.
  15. I am happy with this gearing system because as a player that primarily plays PvE content, it allowed me to, in one week, get my main in BiS gear (minus augments) and multiple alts in 306 gear. Doing what I like to do (being flashpoints and operations) made this very easy. I have no complaints with the loot drops from this content. I completely agree that PvPers got, once again, the short end. Just like the start of 5.x with Galactic Command, PvPers do not get an equivalent amount of gear drops from their warzone boxes than the gear drops from PvE content, and this sets them back in the gear grind unless PvE content is played. I believe that PvPers should still have their own armor sets, away from the PvE stuff that, by solely doing PvP, they could obtain at the same pace that a hardcore PvE player can grind out a set this expansion (imo removing the expertise system was a large hit to this playerbase). Although I am happy with this expansion's gearing system and looking forward to the future optimistically, I understand that other players do not like this new system. It requires a lot of grinding, has a lot of credit sinks and, like 5.x, pressures PvPers to do additional PvE content to get the extra gear needed to rise up through the vertical grind of the gearing system.
