  1. subs will triple if they make the galaxy explorable in space as beautiful as eve online but with a different combat system (just adopt battlefront 2), Gj an extra 150 million a year.
  2. Ye. That makes me a little bit disappointed. Lets hope this doesn't rub off into the new movies.
  3. Why would you play Imps since they are destined to loseeeeeeeeeeee!!!!!!!!!!
  4. Hi, One of the many attractive things about MMORPGs is the extremely exclusive gear that is incredibly hard to get and you aim towards it to look amazing as a character. This went for Rift with the legendary weps at every completion of the harder raids to show off which mostly looked amazing (and the higher gear). This also went for MoP with amazing looking gear with animation effects for completing hard modes under a certain timer and obviously the heroic gear... but with SWTOR the hardest to achieve gear looks like ****. I know you can mod your armor and have whatever you like to look like but that was the same in WoW and it really didn't sway the developers away from producing unique quality gear. This is my opinion but my opinion I would think it very common. Sort it out. Gear is one of the best things to keep people playing MMORPGs. Striving to look the best keeps people playing theme park MMOs.
  5. In my story I put all the people we had to feed in the army and we have the hutt's money and alliance aswell... QQ
  6. Republic or Imperial? Who is currently winning the war in SWTOR up to this time? Or if I play imperial the imperials are winning or if I play republic the republic wins (in terms of story)? Just asking wanna know.
  7. I like the idea of playing as an extremely advanced droid. Obviously not allowing to be force wielders would be obvious.
  8. Hi I am no economics genius or what ever but I have a basic idea of how this game can gain more players and essential earn the greedy EA bastards more money.... 1) I have friends who don't play this game because they have level 90s on WoW and they have dedicated time to that game making their £9 a month worth while. They wont just change to swtor just to re-level a character they have invested no time into and pay the same amount of money. Considering WoWs reputation aswell the only thing making them want to come to this game is me. They also hate the idea of limitations (who likes it?). Two of them however have played the game to level 10 and liked it. They just stopped because they knew the limitation hit then. How about instead of matching the subscription price of WoW.... just half it or do anything that makes you have a significant competitive advantage over the MMORPG giant. No doubt would my friends easily give this game a try over WoW for the price of 840 riot points (£4.50) a month. That would therefore attract easily 4 of my friends with a couple that would obviously be skeptical. You don't have to be a maths genius to realise this decision has already made your game more money from that one player's connections. Some people will have more connections and some people will have less but overall the population can only increase, which leads to more people spending in the cartel market, and a better reputation for the game and more word of mouth advertising (and friend invites). 2) Cartel Coins are a rip. I spend subscription money on this game as it is. Other successful games (league of legends) I easily spend money on to gain a cool cosmetic. With the benefit above to a lower subscription price attracting more players etc there is also another benefit!?!?! I have a spare £4.50... hmm I wonder where I will spend it. On your cartel coins to buy cartel market stuffffffff!!!!!!!!! Same thing applies tho. With lower price for cartel coins = more people buying them (which would either match how much you were already making or would most likely increase the amount of money you were already making), which would obviously lead to better customer relations etc etc. 3) Or simply become a modern online game and be free with income through cartel market. (having subscription with free to play limited option doesn't count) But personally, I'd rather the game not go free.
  9. True story. Some of those item sets would only take 5 mins to make or just move from the game into the cartel market. The price bioware charge for the cartel credits is ridiculous considering they are just a currency in a game to buy "pixels". I mean subscription prices are stupid aswell. How can a game that has lost its edge compete with a giant like WoW and maintain the same subscription price. If this game halfed its subscription price it would definitely, no doubt, attract my 4 WoW friends to this game. If everyone attracted 4 friends to this game based on halfing the subscription this game would make more than double the amount it currently makes and the cartel market would have alot more people spending on it. Then if you lowered the price of the cartel coins more people would buy them etc etc etc. I really don't understand do I?
  10. do you know tho why its not complete yet?
  11. Seriously? Some *********** guy just turned up next to me while i was doing it and did it in 5 minutes while i've been here for 3 *********** hours!. **** you bioware you *****! Ive relogged and restarted my game etc. You think this is *********** funny?
