  1. Well I was playing onderon just now. Fully geared, 330 Carnage marauder, and pre 7.0 with full 306 and a Decent of the fearless set, I know for a certainty I was hitting 47-51k on devastating blast and vicious throw, roughly 30k on gore, and hitting 2 or 3 18k crits on massacre. Now, I am lucky if I get 30k on devastating blast and 37k was the highest crit on vicious throw, though more often hitting 21k. You can't tell me that hasn't been nerfed. I still do HM's on Carnage and Arsenal, but I can't hit the same numbers, and I used to always sit on first or second place for dps on just about any run I did. I can switch to fury, roll my face on the keyboard and hit 25k. SMH. Fix it, devs. I want a chance to hit hard on my classes, just like anyone else. I shouldn't have to change spec just cause you're being lazy.
  2. FGF wouldn't help anything because you generate enough rage for a proper rotation if you're using the right implants. I do not have an issue with the massacre spam tactical being taken out. The comment "hits like a wet noodle" feels far more accurate. I can get crits on vicious throw up to 75k, but that's ONE ability. The point is it should be balanced with other classes. People who enjoy playing it should be able to play it and have the opportunity to hit just as hard as any other spec or class. I think ADD a new ability. One that procs for crit like vicious throw and devastating blast. Or push a proc on massacre, cause you cannot spam it, so it can get a 50k crit. Perhaps as someone else mentioned, an extra hit on ferocity, more alacrity on beserk, buff furious power a little. There are SO MANY options, just to push it up to comparability with other specs.
  3. Yeah, not really holding my breath, but better to say something and see, rather than being furious and quitting without seeing if maybe it could be resolved.
  4. These are the two specs I play most often. I've played them for years, and I play them well (though not a top dps player, I am a hm player). I prefer burst specs. But even in full 330 gear, on point with no mistakes in the rotations, I can't get close to the numbers some people are putting out just messing around on specs like Vengeance jug or Fury marauder. Someone who knows their rotation on an Assassin, Sorc, sniper or operative can also easily outstrip arsenal or carnage. I'm using all best in slot, tactical, implants and relics. I've switched things around and switched things up, and I can't compete. I'm hearing from other players not to bother with these specs cause they're so weak. But the thing is, I shouldn't HAVE to play a different spec. I should be able to continue playing the ones I like and have comparable numbers. So my question is - when is this going to be fixed? IS IT going to be fixed? when are we going to get some balance back? This is definitely the kind of thing that makes me not want to play. I am sure I am not the only person who prefers these specs who might feel the same way. Can we have this in some way addressed please.
  5. I stopped playing at 5.0 because the gearing system was jacked, only came back last December. I didn't think they could make it worse... but 7.0 definitely looks like they're trying to. I mean, WHO are they catering to? As an HM OP player, I can still tell you it's not me. I like to do a lot of solo content, too. This is the most ridiculous system yet, and I wonder WHY? Why fix what ain't broke. No mods? that's 50% of the fun GONE right there. No set bonuses to choose from? another 25% of the fun. Gear TRACKS? That's more than just a little bit irritating, having to upgrade through a particular type of content. Whoever thought of this should ne fired. I am an altaholic, but there's no way for me to gear that many toons with this new system if I don't plan to be on 24/7 In my honest opinion, this gearing change is a mistake, and as far as I can tell, it'll go over about as well as 5.0 did when all but the hardest of hardcore raiders quit the game. Why do they keep insisting on breaking things?
  6. Same issue here, yet to beat it. Cannot target ads, valkorion heals himself once I have him down to about 25%, uninterruptible, satelle does not heal. I can hurt the ads with undirected aoe's, but as a carnage marauder, that does not do much. I've tried relogging, stucking and trying again, going to a stronghold and then pressing play, and as a last resort, reseting the entire mission. all to no avail. edit: ok, so the reset DID actually change something... the temp ability interrupts, which it definitely did not do before. Perhaps that may be the root of the bug,
