    I am also missing Torian even after completing the Hoth quest where he is kidnapped. I have put in a few bugs, but have not received a response.

    I have a similar issue. I finished the Taris class missions after 4.0, but never received Torian as a companion.

    I don't think it is really up; the queue went from a 5 min wait to a 50 min wait and still counting.
