I have a pending issue with one of my characters. It was submitted weeks ago. I was told it was being routed to the proper investigating group. How long does it take to get a reply? I would like to play my Merc some more.

Went thru played with it more. In the graphics area. Just reset the presets and put it back to where I had it said before and now it works fine........thanks for the advice guys. :p

Back in game. Finally! However, lagging something fierce. Ah such is my life. haha. at least I know i can get in. (all graphics are still set the same to. Giving it a bit then will try to sign in again)

I so totally agree. If they small amount they feel they aren't at fault anymore. I am not a bioware hater. Just the opposite. I am a housewife so this is not killing me to wait for the old patches to re download. However, this is like two issues in one with this "accidental" patch that has happened. First that and now constant network error retrying issues...... I have a friend who is at work when I let him know about this and he is worried of going home and turning it on now.

Just an update with a question. Getting all the older patches added in. I keep getting network error. Anyone else getting this that is re-doing from the disks?

Same here. I just spent the better part of my day trying to get it reloaded from the disks. Still waiting on all past patches to re-install back into the game. Ugh. I don't (like many) come here when I sign on to the net. I tweeted to see if they can start sending emails out as well. That way we can get more info before and if this happens again....

I am happy that a company such as Bioware.....They care about what is going on. Most only care of the new players they get and do not have a care of what the issues are with their current. Three cheers going up and out for a leader in their fans.
