Hello, I have a big problem : My name in game is An'ubis i qued as dps with a group on Dxun GF last boss, after all was ready in gf window the game was disband us and for me i was get out from my guild ( im GM ! ) and cant write in general chat nothing ( it say that im not subscriber and as free player.... etc ... ) I mention that i have subscribe 117 days remaining and now i cant play , cant chat , i dont have a guild any more ...... And btw a strange thing is say to me when i wanna wisper someone : it say that im not on the same faction ???????????? What is going on ? This is innaceptable for me as i pay for this game from 10 years !!! ill wait a response from u Bioware ! UPDATE : after i logged on alts on rep side it seems the problem dont dissapered ! I close the game and relog back and no change !!! I logged on imperial side and it seems all back to normal !!!! I sayd to a guildie to chack our guild on rep side and see if my chars are still there and he checked and say that my all chars are there but he see me online ????!!!! I was online on imperial side not republic side !!!! I looged back to republic and seems back to normal as far i can see !! Bioware need to check into this because it is a SEVERE bug and is unnaceptable !

Hello, When we will be able to get last 2 titles and achievments from pts for : [The First Line of Defense] [The Cutting Edge] ? Not so long ago devs said that we will be able on future pts builds for completing act 1 on a new character and lvl 10 for a new character. Thank you.

Hello, Ive done phase 2 and phase 3 on pts but i wasnt granted with those both titles ! all my friends allready receive those tokens in a mail with titles. I receive only mount when i click on Achievments Feats of Strength! Titles on Feats on Strength are higlited but when i click nothing happends ! I think im bugged. Eric do u know if i will be granted with both achievments on 22 october ? Thank You

Missing achievement for 4th boss in Dxun operation ! After killing 4th boss all players has missing the achievment in 8M SM. It is a bug or it is something that have importance with killing bosses in some order? Another problem i encountered it is the killing all adds before next boss, it say "secure the spacesport" but nothing happened after we killed all trandoshans. Oh man !! Indeed u say truth about BW who never listen and never try to resolve issues for their subscribers. I allready created second ticket yesterday and the answer was : " The issue is that we do not have the proper tool or ability to grant those title rewards anymore since Season 2 has already passed for quite some time now and it's already season 9. I've already thoroughly checked on my resources and also consulted one of our specialists regarding this and we really can no longer grant those rewards and titles since it's been quite some time already and we no longer have the ability and tools to grant them. Thank you for your patience and understanding. WTH guys ?? that guy from support on his name Paul said that they dont have the tools for this issue ?? It is a simple cod line writed allready ingame , allready all subs from the beggining receive a token with FOUNDER title !! *** i mean, this is a joke to us ! Above that he said that the season allready finished and they cant reward ? wth ?? all the time the rewards are after season ends !! I think they dont deserve us to pay the game and they dont deserve to receive theyr job payments ! Hello all ! First of all i wanna say that i allready tried to get an answer from ingame ticket and the answer was NO, we cant grant u what u deserve and earned right ! OK, here a short story: I was part of a ranked team in season 2 on my server ( The Red Eclipse ) and because i was lucky to have a good team and yes i wasnt do farm and exploit to be in high ranking ive stopped on 1700 rank. Later when season 2 stopped i received ingame mail with reward S2-All Star , decoration and Head legacy. On that day i didnt know that i have a title reward missing ( All - Galaxy ) being No.1 in ranked leaderboard with my char name Nemurytorul ( Inquisitor class - Sorcerer ) .Later i was focusing on pve and do pvp no so often. A week ago a friend told me that to show him my title All - Galaxy because he saw me on leaderboard and i was surprised about this ! So i created a in-game ticket for this issue and the answer was: " Unfortunately, we can no longer provide or give that title for Season 2 because that season has already finished." This is wrong, i remind u that u get an in-game email with FOUNDER title token and u provide a simple title reward for being first subscriber of this game ! Further i remind u that all rewards provided from u are after season stops ! So how u can say to me that u can no longer provide what it is right to have and earned corectly and fair ? ! Or maybe because im from other country than UK, USA and im not taken seriously by the support game ? By the way im subscriber from beggining, even more i was in beta test twice or more ! So the answer i get is NO we cant do for you ..... Im sorry for my english but im so frustrated and sad about how the support game try to resolve this, i think that are more players to have manny issues and i want to be resolved for everyone.
