I had stable 45-50ms ping on DM before migration. Now it is 80-90ms with constant spikes to 140-350ms. I'm being carried as a DPS by my NIM team, because my APM is lower than needed.

Hello! Was doing OPSes with friends yesterday. We all been scaled to 70th level down from 75th. The problem is, this scaling wrecks my alacrity/crit stats so my StarParse tells me i went down from 10,5k to 7,2k. Lost my GCD 1,2sec and cannot rely on my crits. What is this?
