  1. As the title suggests, Risha is still bugged if you leave the Lightspring cavern via 'the wrong' method. I now can't remember how I did it this time but I got to my ship and Risha has no quest marker above her head and she doesn't respond with the cutscene. I back tracked out of my ship into Anchorhead then back in (that didn't work) I went back to the closest travel point to the cavern and travelled from there (that didn't work). I logged out and that didn't work. So I had to reset the quest. Risha still doesn't have a quest marker but she does respond now. The last thread I viewed regarding the problem was from 2012.
  2. yes please x endless millions Drives me nuts
  3. Yeah, I hoped too. Really disappointing.
  4. [SPOILERS] I've just done the Theron date for the second time on my main. While I was able to pick better answers than before, I think there's a really disappointing lack of attention to detail. I completely understand these are not meant to be extended conversations or story beats, but at the very least, the repeat date could acknowledge that you've done it before. Having Theron say, "Lets do this again sometime, just the two of us" is so clunky. Yes, Theron, you made that suggestion before, remember? He could instead say, "Really glad we did this again. It's nice," or something like that. It doesn't even need a different animation, considering Theron's last line is during the pan-out. I know I sound churlish and ungrateful, particularly as the game has SO many lines, but sometimes SWTOR storytelling/scripting feels like rushed careless homework, where just a tweak/change to the odd convo would make such a difference (Aric acknowledging your Cathar character etc etc I know there are many more moments like this)
  5. I *think* we're ok. I did A Stupid Thing as well and answered badly on my main character (I wasn't very awake and forgot to 'esc' out of it) but I think we can make things right, and the letter I got was okay and sweet, if a little pointed at the end. I'm not entirely certain about this but do the dates develop into a story of some sort? I hope so!
  6. Yeah I panicked a bit at this but reading the small print (always wise) says that they are useless and can be sold for a small amount of credits. Personally I'm pleased with this, one less currency among the myriad we already have and no rep to grind. Good!
  7. Edit: Actually, I've revised my opinion. Unfortunately, my main character chose poor reactions (stupid me but also not very well telegraphed perhaps) and actually, the second date my alt had was much much better and more in keeping with how I imagined things going. Wish I could rerun the date on my main. I've only tried the Theron one, and confess I'm a tiny bit disappointed - at this stage anyway. It was very short but also - and I know this sounds like a contradiction of what these missions are supposed to be - it was a bit too 'soppy'. My agent loves Theron for his dry wry humour and his slightly naughty flirting-at-work so I was a bit sad this was undermined somewhat. It reminded me of how Han Solo's character changed in RotJ, where carbon freezing changes him from 'Saucy Rogue with Hidden Depths' to 'Pathetic Needy Sap', presumably so he doesn't outshine Luke's heroicism. Once you notice it, it really spoils the film, and Han, imho. It's very early days with these, so I'll hold proper judgement until the story unfolds, but I really really hope Theron doesn't suffer the same fate.
  8. I have this issue too.
  9. I've not logged into the game for a while and honestly, and I *sort of* don't like admitting this, but Galactic Seasons does give me purpose to play the game. I'm really looking forward to it anyway but the addition of Out In The World loot drops is very appealing. I'd love more cosmetic loot drops too, mounts/pets/drip (drip...I believe this is what the Young People Say...it's also the most brilliant expression so I want to say it.) Drip. On top of that, devs taking the time to address the community directly on the forum is fantastic, and so welcome. It's a risk, and a bit scary I imagine, and I properly appreciate the time and thought, as I would if anyone on the forum responded to a post in a considered and kind way. But devs putting their heads above the parapet is particularly great. Thank you @JoeStramaglia Roll On GS6. Um...and Date Night. Ahem *blush*.
  10. For Pete's sake, Nee-Elder, just leave me alone. There's nothing unreasonable about enquiring if there's new information about this issue. I'm not being rude, I'm not pestering, I'm not asking an outrageous question. I haven't even posted here since January. Hovering eagerly over the forum waiting to tell people off for just asking stuff about the game is really tiresome and just uneccessary gatekeeping. Presumably they have mods? In any case, I'll not bother you again for another few months, rest easy.
  11. Don't suppose there's an update on this? I'd love to know if Broadsword have acknowledged this as an issue and knows how to fix it, or if those of us who experience the problem are just going to have to lump it.
  12. Oi! Broadsword/EA - have a look at this. LOTRO 2024 Road Map [Via MassivelyOp] Just saying.
  13. Yes please. Or better yet, let us have surnames. +1
  14. Necro-ing this thread as I came to the forum to make a post about this very thing. I'd love a way of locking or at least marking items in my inventory/bank so I don't sell them. Items for secondary combat styles are a good reason but also dyed cosmetic items, particularly as the new metallic dyes are so expensive/rare. Like many people I take a break from the game, and when I come back it takes a while for me to get my bearings. I can easily see myself deleting cosmetic items because I'm clearing my bags/bank for a fresh start, only to find I've purged something valuable. I often save dyed cosmetic pieces so I can create themed outfit for my characters. Sometimes armour pieces get bugged in the outfit slots and you have to remove and reload them to sort it out. This happened to me yesterday with the 'Imperial Reaper' set chest piece, where the flap at the front developed the 'cloak bug'. The flap ended up sticking out at the BACK of my Inquisitor's leggings - presumably he'd got it stuck in his underpants or something - and I had to swap the chest piece out and in again to clear the bug, thus losing the dye in the outfit creator. Luckily the dye wasn't an expensive one. However, from now on I want to keep a dyed chest piece of that set in my bank in case it happens again, and I'd be incredibly annoyed if I used an expensive dye, then deleted it by accident in the future. Point is, there are good reasons to keep dyed pieces (or whatever) in your bank, and it would be great/useful to have a way of marking/locking, them so we don't bin or sell valuable items we want to keep. Many thanks o/
  15. Hi all o/ Is anyone having probs getting Dark Spores to drop? I keep using the buff thingies but I can't remember the last time I saw them actually drop from a mob as loot. I only seem to get them as GS rewards now. Time is moving on apace and presumably the season is coming to an end soon? Very mildly concerned I'm not going to find enough spores for the rep. Seasons best wishes etc, and hope you've all had a restful/enjoyable break.
