Looks sweet. |

I wish I could Beta Test but I'm under 18. *sigh* :( |
Well this becomes more and more interesting as time goes on. The possibility of revan the search for his or her items and relics. Gonna b awesome. Let me also say this, I hope everyone signed up for te beta the more of us that play, the better the game turns out in the end. So let's focus on that, that's what's important. We know its going to b good since bioware is the develpment house, I buy everything they make for a damn good reason. |

Statement: I suspect my creator to be the Emperor, seeing as how his death has not been made cannon. The emperor's strategies are unlike what the Republic has experienced before. They were very tactical, and unrelenting. There was also the alliance with the Mandalorians. Rhetorical Query: Who else but Revan would have had such a strong influence over the Mandalorians, making them not want to help the Republic in any way? Continuation: Revan wasn't attacking the Republic long enough for them to see all of his strategies, and those who saw his strategies are long dead. And look at what the Sith were wearing in the attack on the Jedi Temple. They're wearing uniforms that are highly identical to that of Revan's. Revan's armor was that of mandalorian nature, not from the Star Forge as was in the game. It was found in the Star Forge due to Game Mechanics. |
And for future reference for anyone who is speculating the emperor's identity= Malak Died at Revan's hands, and Revan Was Redeemed. Neither of them can be the Emperor, who is a survivor of the Great Hyperspace war (confirmed by several sources that have been available since the beginning, Oct. '08). Please, can we be at least marginally realistic? |
I think just the mask was Mandalorian. |
Also, regarding Reven, this new prison world discovered on Belsavis, could potentially play a role in bring him back as well. It doesn't say for sure, but it seems very likely that the prisoners there were stored in suspended animation... |
I agree with the suspended animation idea because how are they still alive after all this time. Also wat happened to Revan?! |
This is true i never says for certain if Revan is dead. It is BELIEVED he is dead but it never says for certain in KotOR 1 or 2 and he coulsd come back and be a big part of this game as a twist, you never know. |
Maybe Revan was resurrected through the force and somehow brought back to life in TOR. Or maybe his spirit is seen in TOR as "one with the force". |
funny you should say that about Revan; Who's the guy in the drawing? Perhaps? |
Will everyone stop asking about Revan. He is likely to be dead and if he were not (WHICH HE IS) then it doesn't mean that he is the Sith lord. In KOTOR I you had the option of being a Jedi or a Sith in the end. |
Everyone does realize that according to the timeline Revan lived THREE HUNDRED YEARS BEFORE THE GAME TAKES PLACE. I like Revan too, but I just don't see Bioware actually having Revan in the game. Questlines involving investigating what happened to him, yes; items that he was connected to, yes; revan himself actually appearing, no. |
yes you had the option of choosing and in the real storyline he became a jedi again but then he traveled to unknown space to fight the true sith and you never heard from him again it would be impossible to simply cut reven off its possible that he is the sith emperor because they said the emperer had made himself live for hundreds of years and kotor was 300 years before this game |
I agree with Darth Tir. Check this out http://viewmorepics.myspace.com/index.cfm?fuseaction=viewImage&friendID=... Its on their myspace page. I'm hoping its revan |
How do you know Revan is dead? Was it ever explicitly said or shown because I don't remember that happening in KotOR 1 or 2. The thing I remember was that he left and then Kreia cryptically answers you at the end of 2 suggesting that the exile follows Revan into sith space. |
Awesome! |
Interesting concept no doubt about it. This may help us to understand better how all of these events connect with each other to help several people understand where this game is taking place. Love the artwork and I can't wait to begin reading this webcomic. |
2011 you mean 2010 |
Great stuff guys! |
soon I hope I can not wait to Beta test this |
im starting to wonder if any of these people in the comics or the story line will be in the game. u know like u get to meet them. i know most of them died but what if they turned out some of them faked their death. like that smuggler in the time line they said she went missing and MIGHT have died. idk it'd be cool. and im starting to here rumers of this game on the 360? |
yeah u know that guy Braden the bounty hunter from the comic? he's actually in the game during the preview of the bounty hunter. |
perhaps |
The Xbox 360 was released in America on November 22, 2005 so with the age of the 360 I can see a new generation on console's come out with in the next 2 years so odd are it may be on one of them but I do not ever see them doing it for the 360. |
no i was mostly refering to the timeline my bad. and thnx for the update on the 360 |
I doubt there will be any "faking" of death. We saw plenty of characters that could be mentors in game - we know one already: Braden - Bounty Hunter Mentor So basing on what we have seen of the characters could some of the others be: Lord Angral - Sith Warrior' Master (perhaps) Lord Baras - Sith Inquisitor's Master (perhaps) Satile Shan - Jedi Consular's Master (perhaps) Orgus Din - Jedi Knight's Master (perhaps) Lieutenant Travus - Troopers CO (perhaps) _____ As my list shows there are plenty of characters from the comic who survived. I cant see who your refurring to when you say "most" died - the only major character who died was Dar'nala - (who was used cleverly to show how a Jedi can be darkside and serve the republic) - Other than her what other major character died, my list proves that. _____ Any rumers you have heard about swtor being on the 360 is false. Bioware has said that this game is only for the PC and (atm) there are no plans to bring it on anything else, least of all a console. |
I think its a lie. |
Whoa. Now thats a BATTLE!!!!!!!!!!!!! |
YAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :) X INFINITY our side of the story and also more swtor history of the great war :P sorry about the extra t in my posting name |
Well, at least this should shed more light on the events during The Great War. |
I hope the art is better than the first webcomic... |
Hmm, something to pass the time until 2011 |
Cool. I always liked Dark Horse, but I never get much of a chance to read the comics and stuff. This lookes great. I hope the actual first issue is in color. |
So dose thise take place inbwetween ep 2 and 3 |
It takes place 2,000 years before Yoda, Mace Windu, Anakin Skywalker/Darth Vader, Darth Maul, Obi-Wan, Qui-Gon (all of those characters) P.S. He was asking a question and everyone was being rude. Seems like the American thing to do. |
Dude... this isnt clone wars. The Clone Wars are lame compared to this war lol I now have a new favorite time in star wars, next to legacy ofcource :P |
This isn't Clone Wars! Where have you been for the past year and a half as they were creating this game? Holy crap... |
Huh? |
Dark horse comics are the best http://www.darkhorse.com/ |

Awesomness!!!! |
Can't wait; it'll help pass the time till the game comes out or the chance ta beta test. :) |

The art direction for this comic is soooooo much better then the current one:) |
Im my own worst enemy, i need to develop patience skills, and i really do not like to be kept waiting, especially when its something i know thats going to be sweet as honey like the game and the web-comic. I hope the game relese is for 'Summer 10' i can hold out till then, after that ill start getting sick. |
I hate to say it, cause I'm eager to play, too, but I'm glad to see it being delayed. It suggests that when they finally launch, it won't be rushed and full of flaws like a certain other Star Wars MMO was. |
I don't think that you'll like this thread in the forum then: http://www.swtor.com/community/showthread.php?t=109426. |
