The two planets (Thyton and Korriban) where the greatest battles should be. Destroy one and the other side will win (most likely).

I hope that this game is as good as the first Stars Wars Knights of the Old Republic game. The heroes quest for his destiny traveling throughout the galaxy in his own ship with companions is a great adventure game. But I think that this game will deliver the adventure that lucasarts, bioware, and George Lucasave have delivered before but in a better sense that gives you that jedi in the force feel.

I really hope this game lives up the the hype. My concern is that it will just be a single player game that needs you to work with other people for certain things. Also I hope there is some personalisation to the characters beyond the colour of your hair and the colour of your lightsaber.

I love SWG because you can develop and personalise your character so much.

If u was a KoToR fan from the start u would know that there is a ton of perso to your toon and LS. But I do hope that this is a solo game for main story or at least small group unlike every other MMO where u need a group of 5-6 and raids of 12-24 yes I still want raids but I don't want to have to find 6 ppl to go forth in the main storyline I nv hyave prob finding group but i know ppl who do and it's not fair they lose out on a Great stoery.

You make a good point. I have never played a MMO game so I was hoping that you just go into the game and, kind of like a jedi, you explore the surroundings and help out others when they appear to need it.

I think they still need to release a KOTOR 3 game as well. I think thye need to tie up the loose ends left with Revan in the unknown regions and the exile, who I hope will finally be named, meets up with him and deals with the Sith threat from beyond the outer rim. TOR should be a new series since it takes place that far in the future and will hopefully focus solely on the time period when the Sith Empire finally is defeated and the Sith slowly become extinct. I realize that would be several Millenia because Episode 1 points out that the Sith were extinct for over a millenium so our time frame really would be 2000-2500 yrs. but would be a worthwhile undertaking.

All you people forget about mandalorians?? They hunted jedi FOR FUN, and accomplished it easily. Im gona be pissed if mandalorians arent part of this game, because, not only are they just plain awesome, but they also stand for something, honor, bravery, never leave a brother behind, one shot one kill, that stuff. These forms were not considered a part of the seven main or "classic" forms. (and could/must have limit..say at max lvl(or master) you Have points? or something? for max 2-3 forms? but if you want you can put it on many different ones

Jedi Trials - Trial of skill

Lightsaber combat was the base point for a Jedi in the (traditional) Trial of Skill. To pass as a Jedi Knight, a Padawan must show the following:

They must know all the forms (not to perform), all the maneuvers, marks of contact etc (and perform these) of basic lightsaber combat. They must be able to perform basic Shii-Cho They must show they can use the Force to aid their combat They must go through a series of obstacles, often devised by the master for a personal-course designed to test the Jedi's weaknesses and skills using the Force, their skills and prowess, and their lightsaber. Thanks for the link to the Sith species. I was glad to see that the storyline followed the storyline of the Rakata and the Infinite Empire. I wonder if the Rakata will play any role in this one since KOTOR allowed for the possibility that the Rakata could genetically engineer offspring that were force sensitive and it woudl be interesting to see if they are either captives of the Sith Empire or fight against them.

I play WoW and yes some of you hate it some of you like it etc etc but the thing that i feel makes WoW so appealing and fun to play is the fact that so many people play it and that the whole world(s) are massive e.g. to fly from the north to the south on the first world takes about 10 - 15 minutes on one world and thats the smallest one. What im trying to say is that I hope this game becomes similar to WoW and takes on all of WoW's positive aspects like lots of room, awesome graphics and wicked story lines while being a MMO game as well as having things like PVP and PVE servers and battle grounds etc etc. If i could have it my way id just play WoW with a star wars theme skin over everything in WoW but then id miss all the awesome story line and everything about star wars :P

Also i hope looks less like the CW yes the CW is awesome but i want it to be real like the movies so the people look real i think realism is one of the big things that would make this game awesome.

any way some of you will probably blast me for some of the stuff ive said but meh i cant wait to play this game im hangin out for it big time.

everyone keeps saying this looks so much like the Clone Wars TV show, and to be honest it does, but can you honestly say that the CW TV show looks bad? its a perfect style for star wars, as some one else said on their post, you want the guys to look bad *****, and the girls to look sexy. and after watching the CW the Jedi battle armor actually makes seance as to why the Jedi aren't wearing their big baggie diplomatic robes.

What I'm looking forward to is companion characters, i mean if its like KOTOR and you can actually have another Jedi, or person (or in my case a female character) I'm just curious to see how much control you have over them (increasing stats, the KOTOR skill trees, etc.) and the conversations. i know when i played KOTOR and KOTOR II, i always had at least one female with me and by the end of the game falls in love with me. to be honest I'd like to see that kind of options and persuasiveness.

It would be nice if you could totally customize the physical features of your Char. Like in sims 2, you know, make the face look like you want it to and hopefully we can change how to body looks, i love having a lot of control on how my char looks like.

I WILL quit WoW as soon as this comes out and I am very sure I will not be the only one. What I think some of you that say it's "cartoony" forget that its stylized realism, unlike oh yeah WoW (may not be realism but stylized yes). This way TOR will never look outdated. I think it's a master stroke by Bioware. They shrunk the lightsabedrs (thank the gods) witch made it look less cartoony more stylized. TOR has its own look and feel unlike any other game out there. I don't think it looks like The Clone Wars at all. The Clone Wars looks wooden and the animation could be batter, more fluidic.

Provably this will be the best star wars game ever. in my case i just hope this game to be better than swg and obviously, the graphics to be much better than in swg. I m not expecting the graphics to be like in star wars the force unleached, but if the graphics are close to it, i'll be happy. other reason of why i think this game will be so good is because i have play Mass Effect and that game style and story of the game is awesome, just like the force unleached.

You know this game is going to be the best MMO. One because SWG would have been far better than WOW if sony didn't get there hands on it. Two BIOWARE + LUCASARTS = complete and utter AWESOMNESS!!

As stupid as this is going to sound... Thank you Bioware and Lucasarts for producing this game and continuing the Star Wars Fantasy. I loved Star Wars as a child and now I can share that love of it with my children. You guys continue to give hope and shine a light on an ever darkening world.

I'd have to disagree with wombatz... the human female models are absolutely gorgeous!

Remember, it's a game, you WANT the men to all look like heroes, and the women to all look like centerfold models.

If you don't like that, put in an option so that the Women's Libbers can fatten themselvers up and look as frumpy as they please.

The biggest mistake Sony made with EQ2 was making the female models look so normally plain as to be ugly.

When I said chest/waist/hip ratio for actual women is about 3/2/3 what I meant by "actual women" was, in fact, "centerfold models".
I disagree only on the gorgeousness thing. Because if I look at that waist it feels almost like a caricature to me.
Anyway that´s just a matter of taste and everyone may -of course- have their own taste.

Everything is beautiful but I hope that They make better equipment system than it was in Mass Effect, if we can say there was any system, there were just armor and gun (I think better is the system that is in Wow [8 part eq + weapon]). Can't wait until relase.

I sure hope this game will rock, and not be Micro-Transaction based.

The human female model has a way too thin waist as you can see in all 3 screens showing human females.
The ratio chest/waist/hip seems to be around 2/1/2 while for actual women it´s more like 3/2/3.
So even if the developers aim for "sexy" in the female models I still hope they change it, because as it is _not_ sexy. It´s just weird.

My 2cents Right on bio im excited im sick of wow all i play now is fps games. Need a new game and this looks like it,Happy to dish out my $15 a month even in these tough economic times LOL.....Smilez

SW in any form is great stuff .... but when Bioware enters the picture we look forward to amazing things.

Regarding the whining from console fans: PC has been progressively pushed more and more to the backburner by console games. Case in point: The Force Unleashed was not even released for PC.

Therefore I wouldn't give a damn if they never created another console game ... of any kind.

Yeah graphics do look a bit like in the Star Wars the Clone Wars cartoon serie,but i guess they change a bit before the client comes out..
Well i hope so..Lightsaber goes smaller etc. These are just preliminary pictures..May the good spirits protect people in Lucasarts and in Bioware.
