I love how the Padawan is so quick to judge people he hasn't even met. I already don't like him. Lol |
wouldn't it be cool if in Teneb Kel's vision he was seeing his future self, Darth Thanaton? His lame master was saying something about forsight being stronger the closer you were to death, and Teneb was pretty banged up. |

Son of a-; well that's just great, I was looking forward to serving a rare 'just' kind of sith emperor for a change but now I have to do the whole 'Bring it down from the inside while being as bad-***** as possible' thing. Actually that sounds like more fun, Woo Bioware! |

Maginus, I agree completely. The natural order of the Galaxy is disrupted by the foolish Jedi when they 'protect' the weak. If you seek to aid everyone that suffers in the galaxy, you will only weaken yourself… and weaken them. It is the internal struggles, when fought and won on their own, that yield the strongest rewards. You steal that struggle from them, cheapen it. If you care for others, then dispense with pity and sacrifice and recognize the value in letting them fight their own battles. And when they triumph, they will be even stronger for the victory. |

i like that idea.. |

But don't you see? The Sith ARE just. The Sith uphold the process of natural selection, which is responsible for creating all the variety, beauty, and mystery in the universe. To protect the weak is to allow them to infect the universe with their banality, which is the only true injustice. |

This comic is sweet! |
This comic is so awesome |
awesome, great comic. wish the game would come out though. |
OMG, how awesome! All hail the Emperor! |
in Greek Thanatos mean death |
Saos, you are truly a great Sith Lord, and you have made perfect examples of your superior intelligence to many fools and imbeciles that plague these forums like diseased and dying animals. |
Actually, Saos, Revan is based on the word Revanche or Revanchism. Before he was Revan he was called the Revanchist. It basically means to take back what's yours. |
Mavlana I take it you have never paid much attention to the way many Dark Lords are named? Revan = Revenge and on and on... |
lol but his name is not Thanatos |
Whats with Revens robes being so popler... yeah I know they did some miner twicks |
The mask and armor Thanaton's wearing is the same as the Sith who rescued that frankenstein thing in Music of the Old Republic. |
lol, that's what i thought. |
You mean Kim, right? |
This was a lot more interesting than i originally thought. And the art is a great improvement from the first comic. |
I am betting that Jedi will find him, save him, and convert him to the light side. Then he will dedicate his life to stopping the emperor’s body snatching scheme. The fate of the emperor is always of his own design... |
? |
But your acting as if the Emperor is not on your side |
You look like a dark side Inquisitor |
so the emperor is basically a body snatcher.. |
Yeah, basically, just not as good looking |
Hah! Best comment yet! |
the empire shall fall and the republic shall rise ! |
You are beneath the Sith for such wishful thinking. The Empire shall Triumph. Their victory shall be absolute and any who stand in their way will be crushed and forgotten. Join us or die a fool. |
this comic is awesome but dark thanaton, wtf is that name ? |
I have noticed the same thing, DarthZog. Darth Traya=Betrayer is another. Malak = angel in arabic. there are others, however I just can't figure out some like Darth Sion, Darth Revan |
Maybe they got bored of using those and decided on to name this one a demon. I mean their not restricted to only those kinds of names, Darth Krath took his because of the Krath dragons on Tatooine. |
Yes, as a matter of fact, i've noticed those things for close to as long as I've been alive, but I'm syaing, its not like lucasarts to take names from mythology that aren't ship names |
Guess you aren't much of a Star Wars fan. If I'm wrong about that, have you ever noticed the way that most Sith are named? Vader=Invader, Sidious=Insidious, Tyranus=Tyranny ect ect. Do a little homework and you'll see what I'm saying. |
Yeah, but it's Thanaton, not thanatos. I'm figuring its the name of himself, that thanaton is a vision of the sith he wants to be |
In Greek mythology, Thánatos was the daemon personification of Death. Thanatos was thought of as merciless and indiscriminate, hated by - and hateful towards - mortals and the deathless gods. But in myths which feature him, Thanatos could occasionally be outwitted, a feat that the sly King Sisyphos of Korinth twice accomplished. When it came time for Sisyphos to die, he cheated Death by tricking him into his own shackles, thereby prohibiting the demise of any mortal while Thanatos was so enchained. Eventually Ares, the bloodthirsty god of war, grew frustrated with the battles he incited, since neither side suffered any casualties. He released Thanatos and handed his captor over to the god, though Sisyphos would evade Death a second time by convincing Persephone to allow him to return to his wife. As before, Sisyphos would be recaptured and sentenced to an eternity of frustration in Tartaros. |
google "thanatos" :) |
I have chosen the "bright" side but I like this comic. |
I just want to play already |
ditto, this is dumb they need to hurry up so we can play and find out what happened instead of reading the comics |
D: if only you could print them out. |
yeah i do to |
If we could print these out the world would stop it would be too busy reading the comic |
Great issue, Thanks! |
I think that's the last we're going to see from Teneb Kel. What a shame he was just starting to look cool |
