I wish troopers can drive vehicles also, cannons, armored cars. I would love to see a huge battle field full of those type of stuff.

mandalorians are not bounty hunters. Jango Fett was a former Mandolorian Supercommando. And he kept the armor the he swore. After Jedi wiped them out to the last one. So actually armor of Jango fett shouldn't be common suit of all bounty hunters. I hope there will be a skill for them to disguise. Also wishing to see skills should be the most distinctive characteristic. For example if i will give some skill point to "Force Push" if i am evil I want it to give damage, or a Jedi should stun or "Force pull" might be optional for player to give damage or pull out the guns. A Sith warrior might wish to disarm the opponent before to slay.

We're freakin troopers. We're supposed to have gigantic guns that punch gigantic holes in gigantic vehicles. The gun could have been the size of the bloody walker and the trooper would have said, "Perfect"

I'm really enjoying the look and style of the Trooper. I think an important thing for all classes/characters will be customization. Although Troopers are a military group and use uniforms it would still be nice to have a few options that individualize it in some way... Armor variants, blast marks, insignia, etc.

Last thing I want to do is go looking for a friend and walk into a room of 50-some-odd Troopers that all look the same.. "Um.. which one of you is Bob?" >.> "Bob. You in here!?"

Trooper sounds like a cool class. Republic Commando was awesome and I bet this will be a fun class.

This game reminds me of WoW. I am a huge Warcraft fan, but I am a bigger Star Wars fan, if this game is as good as it looks, I will be getting it as soon as I here about the release date :)

p.s. I really like the idea of the Trooper class, I love Clones and this is pretty much the best way to make the trooper class without making them clones, I wonder if the timeline will keep going durning the years it will be out? Personally, Im sick of games that are past the Darth Vader era, I like it all before then, the Old Republic is the best!

yes i can confirm it. don't misunderstand me, the vader aera are the mother of star wars success, but too much of them bore the fans. because we have only 2 games and 5 comics of sw kotor it is a unconsumed theme. i know it that sw tor will be great.

Yeah I agree with having a monthly subscription. I never thought I would pay for a game monthly until I played WOW and now I actually save money instead of buying games at $60 each and I beat in 2 weeks or so. I am so happy that Bioware is making this game too it will be absolutely epic...lol way better then star wars galaxies.

Anyone who is not willing to pay a monthly fee should not play this game...that monthly fee will keep the game interesting. Without it servers crash more frequently and content gets very stale. $15 a month is nothing considering the amount of entertainment you get from an MMO versus any console game you are paying $60 for.

just something i want to say, it will probably available on more than 2 systems. The stylized realism will make worse spec computers to be able to play the game, the lowest i see is Windows XP, and if they're smart they would make it for MAC as well

Rumors are it will hit sometime in 2010. From what I am hearing possibally Spring, but as we all know with video games they can get pushed at any time before they are released. So I hope you are right about that.

Bounty Hunter, Troopers and Jedi (whether that means the 3 classes from KOTOR or just a jedi with different specs remains to be seen). As far as you other choices I doubt the Crime Lord and Mercenary. But we will see.

It is possible, but I see them allowing it for Windows Vista since they want to reach a wide variety of people.

$50 US is usually right for a brand new MMO.

To be honest I want a $15 monthly fee. That fee goes towards them developing more content for the game which will provide a longevity to the game similar to World of Warcraft. Expansions, content patches, server maintence, and all that have to be done to run a game like this successfully, and that has to be paid for somehow.

I see them modeling races similar to Warcraft, choose about 8-10 total races to start the game off with. Each will have their own racial abilitys that will make them a bit more desirable. And like WoW I am sure there will be some races that can't be certain classes.

Yes! IT WILL BE! KOTOR got me into RPing games and that lead me to WoW. The fact that they are making this game made it so I am only playing WoW right now to bide my time until this game hits.

Montly Fees attribute to the game being consistently updated, if this goes micro-transaction you will lose more people than you would subscription.

Very nicely done. I loved the Republic Commando series, and this does not look as if it will disappoint. Honestly, the first thing I thought when I saw some of the trooper combat videos was Star Wars meets Master Chief. Not quite the same, but cool none the less.
