Closure of office buildings and major Corporations. Then crime beggan to overcome the entire city world. Resulting of Riots of scared unemployed people. Crime beggan to escalate in the City World and the Middle and High Class left to the Core with much of its human population . Nar Shadaa later bacame a Cirminal Haven and gained a repputation of being the center of illegal operations in the galaxy, earning the moniker "The Smugglers' Moon". Now distant from most galactic trade centers, the moon was allowed to run its own affairs with little outside interference.That is how Nar Shadaa became the Criminal Underworld of the Galaxy.
