Always astounds my how much character is lost in translating from 2D to 3D modeling. The concepts skull is widest above his brows, not his jaw. The 3d model eyes look more generic and less soft, thus less interesting. The 3D model looks like the heavy from team fortress 2, more cartoon than character.

Hmm I think they made em like this so the facial animations could be done succesfully,not to elaborated yet not to cartoony, a balance to cooperate with thousands if not hundreds of thousand animations happening?

I agree, I like it as well. I mean people tend to comment the nose.
First of all, have you ever seen a troopers face? Man, if there is anyone who've seen battle, it's a trooper. And a nose breaks easily, trust me on that one.
Also, look at for example World of Warcraft, they give you 10 examples on how you can look.. about 3-4 of those faces look like someone who fell into a meat grinder soooooo! We ofcourse only now have about 6 faces left to choose from.
Ofcourse then ontop of it all, there are thousands of players on each server = every 6th player who plays the same race as you have the exact same face as you.... Oh yay for that individualtiy and creativity.

So in my humble opinion I say that I rather have a few options on each part of the face, EVEN if every part is like this nose, ruffed up. As long as we, the players, can be creative ourselves. After all, we are the ones who will pay for this, and play it.
